At 6.45 pm on a Friday evening (“Fish Day”), the advertised special of grilled barramundi was no longer available but we were satisfied with an offer of flathead as a substitute. In lieu of salad, which was also unavailable, pasta salad was served as an accompaniment. This combination was unappetizing and I consider the meal was on a par with food served in a shopping centre food court, rather than a club claiming to be five star.

Salad was an essential ingredient for several items on the limited menu which lacked variety and imagination. The bar service was very average, the range of spirits restricted to the basics and the mixer in my drinks was flat. With an abundance of superior, reasonably priced restaurants in the neighbourhood, a return to the Brasserie is most unlikely. The Club did not respond to my written account of a disappointing first visit.

It has been my local for 12 years now, great food and drinks just a little pricey on the drinks though, I mean $4.50 minimum for a beer is just rude, the RSL has them way cheaper, they do loose a huge crowd to the RSL for this reason. The food is large portion and quite well priced, although I am sure the steaks have shrunk over the years.

Drinks are ok here, the beers need more head though. Ambience is badly affected by all the poker machines so close, and only one pool table, but that's all you can expect from an RSL club. The barstaff are a little short sometimes, a little smile can go a long way! Prices are undoubtedly better than over the road for drinks but the bar menu is limited and slightly overpriced for what you get.

The E Bar is a stylish top place, it is the cool place to be seen for all the younger crowd. Staff are nice and remember your name.

What a fantastic bar! This place really does set the bench mark for pubs and clubs in Sydney. It certainly is refreshing to see some bartenders that can serve more than one customer at a time. They have some great new products and I heard that they have a new cocktail menu coming out. Always something to look forward to. Keep up the good work!

Awesome, I go all the time. I can't believe anyone can say anything bad about the staff. I will actually dare anyone to go somewhere and get a more friendly bunch of barpersons, doorpersons and security, yes security. Great prices and great food, i almost forgot to go anywhere else these days!

I cant believe a pub in Epping has so many cocktails. Service is great, they bring the cocktails out for you and if you're feeling a bit irish you can grab a pint of guinness or kilkenny. They definitely go all out to impress and it worked.

As A member of this club, I freqent the E-bar often. The way the barstaff act is utterly disgusting. They are rude, arrogant and when you order a drink they look as if you have just killed their dog or something. Just disgraceful, this place has potential if you just sack the lot of them!
