The service was friendly but we were told a 15min wait for our order and it was closer to 25mins as eat-in orders are given priority. We ordered the spicy rice noodles and a fish dish. Both were inedible. The noodles had so much chilli on them that they were not enjoyable. The fish cost $23 and was served whole, head still on and had more bones than flesh. It was so disappointing I will not be eating here again.

The food is great, I'm Thai so I have no cause for complaints as other Thai restaurants tend to have. I'm not so sure about value, $10+ for a chicken pad thai is pricey for lunch, but got to admit, it tasted fantastic. It's more of a self-serve place, so the service is probably non-applicable. Friendly none the less. Just a pity I don't work around there any more.

Been ordering thai from Doytao religiously for the past few years, food has been consistent and always fresh. Servings are large and good value for money. Best picks are the fluffy fish cakes, yellow chicken curry, pad see ew and pad thai. Highly recommend, we've tried a few other thai's in the area just for kicks and they are not nearly as fresh and tasty. Dine in option is ok, bench seating and even bigger servings.

Great take-away food, cheap, big portions and quickly cooked. Curry Paste Stir Fry and Chicken Larb are my favourite. Reasonably cheap too. Not great to sit-in but I don't think many people do.

Food - Delicious. Loving the hot red curry. The laksa is also worth a try. And the garlic or ginger stir fry. We go here a lot!

Ambience - Ok, especially for a take-wayish joint that isn't exactly a proper restaurant. The tables are decent.

Service - Food can take a while to cook if they are really busy. Service is fine.

Value - Decent value for the area. About $12 a main, big enough servings. They also have lunch specials.

I dined on my own for lunch and only had 1 dish (Larb gai) but it was the best Larb I have had in years. Fresh ingredients. Yum! Service was what it should have been and for less than $12, I'm happy!
