I have had Doughboy numerous times as I live in the area. While sometimes it is excellent, I feel the need to raise the issue of a drop in standards. Recently ordered pizzas for delivery, they turned up burnt after waiting over an hour, with guests at my house. On calling the store, eventually I spoke to the senior staff who asked my details and assured me he would send me complimentary vouchers.

A couple of months later, and they haven't arrived. So I was clearly being ignored. A few weeks ago I decided to give them another chance, ordered pizza for pickup. Was told 15 minutes. So turned up after 15 minutes. Was told "Sorry it just got really busy, come back in 5 minutes". I came back in 10, but the pizzas still weren't ready. This isn't good enough, Doughboy. Get your act together!

Lamborghini is an awesome pizza when cooked right. I never dine in, this place is a narrow hole in the wall and very claustrophobic. You definitely can't swing a cat, and you are constantly excusing yourself for bumping into other diners or people collecting pickup. Somewhere else in Potts Point is getting my business now, and I just tried Crust for the first time in a few years and they will be hearing from me in the future too, until Doughboy starts treating customers with a bit less contempt.

Very nice crispy pizza with delicious toppings. One of the better pizza shops in the area. Would definitely eat there again.

This place is so sweet and the pizza is to die for! been here lots and never been disappointed. Sometimes get delivery too, my only place for pizza. Get the Judd and garlic and cheese bread!

I absolutely love Doughboy. I think it's the only place in Sydney that does proper pizza. Eating in at the Victoria Street one is just the best, makes you feel in the buzz of Kings Cross with out all the riff raff.

Doughboy have recently updated their menu and the "Deco pizza" with piri piri chicken is delicious! Nice thin crust, great tasty toppings, I would definitely go back for more.

Uber Cool environment, very very friendly staff. Yeah get got abandon sometimes, the staffs are just too busy (I understand that, it shows how good you guys are!). But I was entertained with the cool music in store. My favourites are Capriciosa and Bosco (prosciutto!)! save a little space in your tummy for their fantastic ice cream! Hokey Pokey and Double Chocolate! A place to dine in before a long Saturday Night, for sure!

Great pizzas, a nice selection of newer and more traditional toppings. Deliveries have always been hot and the vibe in the shop front is great. Always busy, definitely says something.

Fantastic pizza, the vego and magherita are the best! I have never eaten in so I can't comment on the ambience or service. They are a touch expensive for takeaway pizza but they are really tasty!

Great little place with good vibe. Pizzas are thin and tasty. My favourite is the one with fresh prosciutto on it. Try the shabbit salad as well, really yummy with a pesto-like dressing.

Surprised by the previous reviews because our takeaway Americano disappoint as the toppings were burnt (i.e., the pepperoni was black and tasted like charcoal and the rest of the pizza was over cooked). Not sure how a cook or any restaurant with an interest in quality can serve food which is clearly burnt. Reading the other reivews its sounds like a good place but we won't be going back.
