The food is good. Service towards the clients is good. But a few times I saw the staff clowning around, one of them spraying a water pistol at other staff.

I received extremely poor service from the World Square D'ough as well. A staff who has blonde hair was so rude. Once I wanna have free coffee with my coffee coupon, she said 'God Damm!'. When customers wanna use their free coffee, we must be careful with the staff.

The service at this place is amazing. The lady who takes the orders remembers what coffee and toast I have each morning and it is often ready as I arrive. The toast is also delicious. No need to even think about what you want to have each morning, just rock up!

I went to D'ough Espresso at Kent Street in the morning and often bought sausage roll for my breakfast, it was very nice tasty. I saw the service always were very busy and good, and too many people waiting and standing and they love coffee and toast. The lady service is a nice, I want to buy this roll again. Where is the sausage roll ?

I received extremely poor service from the World Square D'ough Espresso. Ordered raisin toast and cappucino to take away. The service was slow, and the female barista was rude. Would not return or recommend this place.
