$10 dollar steaks etc mon-wed are excellent value, the outdoor restaurant is usually busy (you can usually get a table still) and the food tasty, cheap, cheerful and served quick. Ideal for early week feeds, not one if you want to linger over several courses.

Awesome. Monday nights are awesome, with what is arguably one of the best $10 steaks you'll find in Sydney... mushroom sauce to die for... Great venue, great vibe, uber-cool staff, and a friendly feel.. sometimes you want to go, where everybody knows your name..

Great atmosphere on busy weekends, great food compared to other pub grub nearby. Well worth the visit and good if you're catering for the kids too.

Great pub, fantastic value and quality food. This pub grub rivals some of the more expensive dining experiences in the area.
Great atmosphere in the pub, one of the few 'real pubs' left in the area.

The most friendly pub in Balmain..value 10/10. Staff always with a smile...family friendly..great beer garden/restaurant. Love the place.

Great for the Friday night crowd. We walked in and ordered 7 burgers from the menu - just what the group needed at 10.00pm after a Balmain pub crawl. Service was prompt and the burgers great. Recommended.
