Used to go here every week for the specials (T-Bone Steaks at under $10!). I haven't been back since they went back to the regular price of about $25, but if I had the time now I would still pay that. They are the best cooked steaks ever! And I have been to many steak houses/restaurants.

Me and my husband visited Delights Brasserie in June. Food was okay, monthly specials sounded lovely, though for an RSL this menu seems very over priced.

Went there last night (monday 13th April) for a friends birthday and was not impressed. Firstly, food was well overpriced for an RSL, with meals like bangers "sausages"of the day and steaks charged at restaurant prices I might as well go somewhere else and at least get a decent glass of wine with my meal for a similar price.

Secondly, was told if I wanted a pizza I would have to travel to the other side of the RSL to order and that was just inconvenient because not all of us wanted meals some wanted pizza etc. meaning we had to order at one place travel to the other side and order for pizzas and just keep going backward and forward when they could just have a ordering system for one.

Thirdly, pizza sizes are small for what you pay for and look very small on the chosen plates. Cocktails are only available on a thursday, what a joke may as well go to Marconi at least you get a decent size pizza and a cocktail any night of the week. PIZZA ingredients were not fresh and you could taste that through and through and the bases were prerolled as if it were bought in.

Ordered a few drinks from the escape bar and later on went to the gaming room and bought the same drinks for a cheaper price. Nice to upmarket one area. On the bright side the cakes available were delicious and looked like something that has just won an award. They tasted better than all the meals put together.

Overall not worth the money and effort. I would only go there again for the cakes thats it and I would advise everyone to do the same.

We booked a table of 20 people for my Mother in Law's 60th Birthday. We were accommodated with out delay. We were very surprised how fresh the oysters were that we had for entree and the turkish G/bread were divine. Our mains were promptly served hot and fresh and cooked to perfection. Value for money was excellent considering how fulfilling the portions were.

Not what you expect from a local RSL club, fresh food cooked to order had the seafood platter for one at $34 which included a lot of fresh seafood not your typical deep fried food, my partner the rib eye and said it was cooked to perfection. They have just opened escape the new pizzeria section it looks fantastic, my partner and I will try it next time, so yes we are going back.
