Luna Park car park is conveniently located on site. Turn right down Paul Street as you approach the Harbour Bridge on Alfred Street South. Access to The Deck & Luna Park is via the lift to ground level. The Deck is located directly opposite.

Went with a group of ten people, the view and setting was beautiful, the food was very good, but the service was non-existent. I'd try it again, but if service doesn't improve won't go back.

My experience Friday night at the deck was perfect! I don't know where these previous horrible reviews have come from but I was more than happy with the service I received.

The food was excellent, to start a seafood plate followed by paella and for desserts we shared a belgium chocolate terrine and white peach polenta cake which were absolutely delicious!

I did stop to have a look at the alternate bar menu on our way out which was a little less impressive then the al a carte menu offered in the restaurant.

Wait staff were very attentive, in particular a lovely girl named jamie-lee who gave very good recommendations on both food and beverages. We could, however, definitely see the difference in service standards between herself and the other wait staff, we couldn't help but be pleased every time it was her that returned to our table.

But the view is definitely what makes the experience at the deck breath taking, a full 180 degrees of sydney's harbor which includes both the harbor bridge and the opera house. I would 100% recommend the deck to anyone and everyone.

Food had good flavour but 3 out of 4 mains had severely overcooked seafood. Other main was rib eye steak and was cooked well. Service was very ordinary but views were fantastic. Probably wouldn't return. Average fare.

You can't beat the location (even on a rainy Sydney evening) - the Paella was delicious (and a bargain), the service pretty good. Desserts were scrumptious, I'd like to come back.

We went for the 3 courses at $33 and really enjoyed the food. The service was good, the servings generous and soul satisfing . Good for Sunday lunch with your buddies.

Location, location, location! An unbelievable back drop of the Harbour and City surrounded by the fun and laughter of Luna Park sets the scene for a great dining experience.

The menu is high-end bistro style and the only thing that you need to bring with you is your best ears and loudest voice as it is located wihin the bustling Deck Bar that's full of rowdy patrons.

If it's a get together with old friends you have found your venue. If it's the quiet intimate night that you want to whisper to your one and only I would recommend that you wait until the mains are over that crowd disburses as they serve your dessert.

The service was great and consistent throughout the evening. The Entrees were full of flavour and great to share. The mains were perfect we ordered the twice cooked lamb which was so tender a knife was just used as a formality and the slow cooked taste was in every bite that was resting on a creamy garlic potato base and surrounded by tiny lentils and jus.

The Deserts were perfect portions and made on premises they were fresh and tasty. All in all you can't really go wrong. Why don't you try it? "Just for fun".

I had lunch, the week special, Oysters and Barra with a couple of nice Kiwi wines. Food was great with healthy choices on the menu. Very polite and helpful/friendly staff. Will go again. Wonderful location and views, handy to transport and parking.
