Went for Yum Cha, food was bland and cold, they tried to give us a high chair for our 1yo son to sit in that looked like it had come from the ming dynasty it was that old, and when for 2 of us eating it came to $85+ dollars (8 plates and 2 diet coke, well that was enough for me. Definitely won't be going back!

I've been here about 6 times, for work lunches and personal visit while shopping in Blacktown. Again, I would definitely recommend driving to the city.
Service was better here but food not as good. The one thing that baffles me is those tiny shrimp that they sneak into things, they are absolutely foul and ruin every dish they feature in. Today we got salt and pepper squid (I definitely recommend the squid over the calamari), it was tender and flavorsome, could have done with a few more fresh chillies, prawn dumpling, pork bun (so fresh and soft, a fav), roast pork rice noodle and chicken sticky rice (yummy).
From other occasions I remember really enjoying the mango pancakes and egg tarts. I am still haunted by my experience of eating chicken feet and also remember the fried taro dish not being very nice. As for the take away they offer at the front of the store, don't even bother. Tried it once and the rice was off.

If you can stand the poor service the food is lovely. But be warned, I waited 1-1/2 hours for take away (they said it would be 20 minutes when I ordered) and when I finally got it, it was cold and half of it was missing. I have also been there when they were really quiet and got poor service as well so busy is no excuse. I will never go back!

It's not the best yumcha I've been to, not so many variety to choose from... I'm not dissapointed at the taste or value either. It's worth going if you live around the area, and not to travel to city for best yumcha. Oh, they need more staffs who speak English though.

We just love Yum Cha, so was dying to try this restaurant at the top level of Westpoint. On arrival we were greeted by extremely attentive and courteous staff members who guided us to our table. The Yum Cha selection was fantastic and the taste and flavours great. Wonderful service when requesting something not on the trolleys, was on the table within a few minutes.
We'll definitely be going back many times as a family. Love the fact you don't have to travel into the city or go into Parramatta and try and find parking to eat fabulous Yum Cha. Highly recommended! We're looking forward in trying the a la carte off the menu for an evening meal. Go and try you'll love the food and the experience.

Worst place ever. The staff was rude and arrogant. The food was bland. Food was cold and staff were speaking about me and my partner in another language.

Went for yum cha last Sunday, even though there was a queue waiting outside, once we registered it only took about 10 minutes to be seated and then the food came quick and fast! Tried quite a few dishes washed down with chinese tea. We found the food fantastic and rolled out of the restaurant fully content. Only paid $40 for the two of us which we thought was pretty good value for all that we consumed. Will go back again to try more dishes that we couldn't have fitted in this time!

This place is pretty awesome, the kids loved all the tanks with the various marine life (thank goodness they didn't get the gist of why they were there, lol). The food was absolutely beautiful, bit expensive, but you certainly get what you pay for! The service was lovely, very quick and efficient, only downfall of that was that they cleared your plate away while you were still chewing the last mouthful. But, all in all, lovely place & we'd definitely go there again.

By far this place is the most expensive for Yum cha, variety is not much either. Standard dim sum should start from $3.50 for common prawn or pork dumpling but in here it cost $5 is the cheapest dim sum then a small plate of salt & pepper quid cost $16.5 instead of $10 (this is city price) so say no more!
