Love your pizza's at Dulwich Hill. I always use to pick up as delivery times were always quite long but I noticed a second oven last time I was there. Just ordered a delivery and it was 40 minutes Wow it was great keep up the great pizza's.

Went for the first time and the kitchen looked like a food fight had taken place. Service staff lax and the pizzas were flaccid, tasteless and expensive, even with a voucher. Never again.

While you may be able to get better Pizza in Haberfield or Leichardt I keep coming back to Crust because it's consistent and it's easy. I haven't had problems with delivery because I always go and pick the pizza's up.

My favourites are the heart tick pizzas and having previously been vegetarian I appreciate the range of vegetarian choices. Also, as someone who has recently been forced to go gluten free I love the fact that there is somewhere local to get good pizza on a friday night with no stress.

I do agree with one of the posts below though, they should get rid of the TV. It's nice to have music but you just want to be able to go in, get your pizza and leave without having your ears blasted.

Store in williamstown vic just received a leaflet in the mail thought I would give it a try, thinkin gourmet pizza bit pricey ave $20.00 a pizza should be good, when I could buy a pizza local 4 ave $14.00 large in my local area. Gave crust a go, fast delivery impressed, opened pizza a large was pretty small pizza was ok but tasted very average considering charged $20.00 and advertised gourmet? stick to my local cheaper and alot more yummier! Crust in my opinion will not last the distance in vic!

Ordered delivery tonight as we were visiting friends. We were quoted 1 hour delivery, the pizzas arrived 1 hour 30 min later and they were cold. When I stated this to the driver he said "not my problem ring the store". Rang the shop only to be told that they were very busy and they would send out new pizzas but they would take another 45 min. I now understand why so many people here have complained about this place.

Can never go back to a chain pizza store again! Nice food, really fresh and 'real'. You can distinguish between foods and it all doesn't just 'blend in' on the pizza.
Criticism: that TV! its so loud, it blasts out horrible pop music that is just deafening! I always just walk around for 10 minutes so I don't need to listen to it.

Also, in regards to delivery I can see why you were upset jennafar, but delivery is free to the local areas, petersham, stanmore, marrickville etc etc and obviously people will take advantage of that and they usually say 45 to one hour so be prepared to wait, pickup is the best option!

I just waited an hour and five minutes for my pizza to be delivered. It's not even Friday night. The food's good but stuffed if I'm going to continue waiting that long for it. Hire more staff or lose my custom!
