Having driven past many times, I decided to stop and pick up a pizza one Friday night. I'm very impressed with the large vegetarian selection of pizzas, and the wait for take away on a Friday night was very acceptable at around 10 minutes.

The pizzas were a bit expensive, especially paying $21 for a vegetarian pizza, with a pizza containing Wagyu beef being the same price.

Another night I opted for delivery, and although the 50 minute wait was annoying as they are just around the corner, I accepted it as I could have been a lot less lazy and picked it up myself!

The pizza arrived cold, which was very disappointing, I guess it had been sitting on the counter for 40 minutes, waiting to be delivered.

All in all, their pizza selection is great, but a little over priced for the quality.

Ridiculous. They are nowhere near good enough for the price. What's worse, you order online. They charge your credit card and tell you your pizza is ready in 20 minutes, when in fact its lost. I eventually got a confirmation 8 hours later in my email that the pizza will be ready in another 8 hours from then!

5 emails plus later, still no refund, even when a store manager called to promise it. That was a week and 3 emails ago. Don't do it. They love customers when they have a wad of cash, as soon as they've got that cash, look out. No amount of fair reasoning will let you see your cash again.

Not the first incident we've had with them either. Everything is fine until it's horribly wrong. I wish we'd learned the first time now I'm down 50 bucks for NOTHING but fights and being fobbed off!

'Left' crust awhile ago in favour of doughboy, but really felt like a decent garlic bread or pizza the other night, and so found myself back at crust. I don't know why I left in the first place! Pizzas were delivered beautifully hot and really tasty.

Very annoying - ordered a pizza for pick up and staff had forgotten the order. Went home empty handed. Staff did not mention the fact of their mistake until I asked - they thought it would be fine if they made it while I waited. No response to complaint. Poor service.

We bought quite a number of pizzas for an informal gathering and, therefore, sampled a good range of pizzas from Crust Drummoyne. I was relatively unimpressed with pizzas for the prices paid. Honestly Dominoes do as good a job for some of these for half or even a third of the price. Their 'large' pizzas are really quite small.

Overall I would not be tempted to order these again in a hurry and for the price point, will definitely use my local Italian owned pizza parlour in the future. By the way eatability, it would be nice if you could have an N/A rating for the ambience (at least) as it does not apply to take away pizza.
