    We did high tea in the point cocktail bar, we were a fairly large group so were split on to 3 tables, there was different food on each stand in the different groups and you were told you had to take from the other groups if you wanted something different, which is hard when you don't know the people.

    We then got the scones but there was no jam and cream, so we asked for some and were told that the kitchen staff were on a break so we couldn't get anything, when tea and coffee orders came out, a couple of people didn't receive their order, when we spoke to a staff member they said that they were too busy, having to clean up before the diner service started, so they missed out completely on getting their coffee's. Unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience.
