The sign says "the best coffee on coogee", I thought that was a bit of an overstatement and so to try it I went there to have a coffee and by heavens, it was the best coffee I had in ages. Since then I have been a regular visitor to cozzi cafe.

The service is great as well and the food isn't bad at all. Cafe's up the road maybe popular but a lot less people know that cozzi has the best coffee that there is to offer. Very highly recommended. You should go there once and try it. You will be hooked on Cozzi's coffee for sure.

I must strongly disagree with the past reviews. I have been visiting Cozzi for a while, the coffee is still one of the best in Coogee. The meals are lovely, my favourite Prawn Fettucine, especially the portion size and the friendly prices, unlike cafes up the road. The atmosphere is very family friendly and the staff always welcoming. The only thing that bothers me is the loud music, but still I would recommend you visit this cafe.

Some years ago, this place (under different operators) served one of the best cups of coffee you could find. The place changed hands and seemed to become a place best suited for mothers and baby's, this started its downhill slide. Recently noticed new operators so ventured in again but, unfortunately, was served the worst coffee I've tasted in many years. Too many other good cafe's up the road.

I agree with the last review the service was terrible when we went. All in all I think there is nothing special about the place at all. Below average coffee. Food about 4/10 ambience boring, value ok and service is next to none.

The only place I have been to where the staff were doing you a favor by serving me (worst service I have ever had). Isn't the customer the reason why business exist, therefore, staff should be courteous and respectful. Terrible place plus many other places to go and get better coffee in Coogee like Gusto or Campos. Don't understand how the other reviews rave on how great the coffee is? Its not bad but just not up there with some of the other cafes.

As far as coffee presentation is concerned this is one of the best Sydney has to offer. I love great service and this place is one to behold and treasure. Cozzis has a family feeling about it and everybody gets treated like they should and thats with respect and courtesy. The coffee is always very good and fresh. If in Coogee or any where near there isn't a better coffee experience. I have to highlight the customer service as it is impeccable and always leaves the satisfaction every consumer deserves.
