Was just visiting in the area and got a coffee for morning tea and then later a drink and snack for lunch. The friendly staff asked me if I was new in the area, which was nice, it's not often that people take an interest in strangers in town!

The cafe was nice and warm and cosy, as it was an awful, rainy day, much appreciated by the all the lunch patrons, escaping from the weather. The place could do with a make-over in-side, but the out-side seating area is very nice.

The coffee was nice and strong, just the way I like it. Next time I am in the area, I will definitely visit again.

Lovely owners who are really friendly with great service. However, the steak was a little disappointing as my husband and I asked for medium rare and instead received medium to well done. A good option if you are too lazy to cook and want somewhere local and quiet.

For a suburban coffee shop and restaurant the Cosy Nook tries hard. The owners make you welcome and look after you really well. Food is fresh and hot with a reasonable selection on the menu.
