I took my sisters and brother there as a new place to try. We couldn't believe how wonderful the new owner jenny was. She was so welcoming and friendly. The food was outstanding and one of our table is very fussy and they loved their choice. I highly recommend the Oh Culcutta if you like a kick on your pizza. Will continue to go back!

Just had a wonderful meal. The ingredients of the pizzas tasted so fresh with the perfect base. The service was first class, friendly , with great range of music and decor. Highly recommend.

Have to agree with the other reviewer. Food here is definitely on the greasy side. We ate here twice and have tried the meals and pizzas and were disappointed with both. The pizza was so oily and just way to soggy to enjoy. The meat I had was as tough as an old boot and I just couldn't eat it. The portuguese tart for dessert should have been a portuguese biscuit it was that small. It was not nice either. I will not be back even though it is inexpenisve. I'd prefer to eat a frozen pizza from Woolies than eat here again. Very disappointing.

It had been at least 2 years since my partner and I frequented Costa's. The food was always good and previous proprietor Costa liked to have a friendly chat. We were on our way to Crust when we saw the "3 Large Pizzas for $36" sign so we stopped there instead. The sign on the window said "Under New Management". Undeterred, we decided to give it a go.

When ordered our pizzas (from the same pizza selection as Costa's old menu) and were informed by the new owner Jenny that our order totalled $42. Apparently there's a $3 surcharge for Chicken/Seafood pizzas which is not noted on the board outside or on the poorly printed photocopied takeaway menus, false advertising (very annoying!). Plus there were none of the old "bonuses" that Costa used to throw in either (soft drink/garlic bread/rice pudding).

We arrived home with our Bangkok Chicken, Chicken Mexicana and Hot Lips pizzas. Wow! They looked impressive, but then it was downhill from there. The oily and undercooked base was caused by an overgenerous serve of cheese. On eating my first slice, I discovered that the chicken wasn't processed (good), I spat out 4 bits of bone (bad). The satay sauce on the Bangkok was more like BBQ and the sauce on the Mexicana was more Thai sweet chilli (huh? Am I culturally confused?).

The cheese quickly solidified causing me to choke on a bite. My partner stopped eating after 4 slices (and he's a big eater!). I felt guilty as I looked over the leftovers so I picked off the toppings and threw out the base and chunky cheese.
I'm sad to say that we won't be going back to Costa's again!
