Dining at Costa Esmeralda is an absolute delight. The service is fantastic. The quality of the food is outstanding and very reasonably priced. The live entertainment creates the perfect ambience for conversation.

This would have to be by far the best restaurant in Parramatta! The food is to "die for" and the service is excellent! 3 courses for $45.00! you can't get much better than that & the little extras you get for nothing, such as a rose after you paid the bill, I just love this place!

Large and able to take huge crowds. Rather noisy, but that's the type of place that this is. I had the Meditteranean mixed platter, which I really liked as you could tell the freshness of the seafood. Good for large groups and good also for BYO options.

Another Parra restaurant that refuses to drag itself out of the 80's. Look the food is okay, service attentive if a little over bearing however they are totally understaffed as we had to wait a long while for each course but we were the only people in this place.

Dined here on an early friday night with my girlfriend; the service was highly attentive and not over bearing. The fish tanks, high ceilings and emerald/turqoise decor reminded us slightly of a Chinese restaurant, but it was pleasant all the same. We were too early for the two piece band that plays on a friday/saturday night.
We had the special of the day - swordfish with a tangy lemon sauce and a small amount of mash, and the baby snapper with olives, fetta and mash. The dishes were well cooked and not too large, although the snapper certainly looks quite large at first. Value is good for what you get, with an ambassador card discount.
