First visit for me and my wife after reading good reviews about the restaurant. It was Sunday night and the restaurant was only half full, which is similar to other restaurants around the area.

We had a crepe filled stuffed with veal meat and goulash soup as entree. Both were excellent, the veal was tender & moist and the goulash soup was very tasty & hearty.
This was followed by their specials on the night, cabbage roll and a pork chop dish. Both servings were very big and well worth the money.

The cabbage roll had generous servings of cooked shreded cabbages on top of a leave roll with stuffed rice & veal mince. It also came with some baked potatoes. The pork chop came with a capsicum sauce, which is nice, but nothing to shout about. Still, there was 2 large pieces of pork chops.

We were full by the time we got through the mains, but couldn't resist sharing a dessert, which was the guten (?) pancake. It was a crepe filled with mashed nuts (can't recall what type of nuts it was) with warm chocolate sauce topping. It was not overly sweet and very nice.

We saw other tables having schnitzels and garlic breads, which we will definitely come back to try. Ambience-wise, it's an old school Eastern European feel to the place, which for us is great. Service was very prompt and friendly.

Overall, we spent $75 without any drinks but was very full. We would have love to try their knuckles but they were not available that night. We will definitely come back to this nice restaurant again.

Corner 75 is an old favourite of my hubby and mine. We feel it is the best Hungarian/European restaurant in Sydney. We went again last week and as usual the food was delicious. Hubby had the veal knuckle, which was so tender and juicy, the meat fell off the bone. So big it filled the plate (and his tummy)! A very happy man. I had Roast duck with a delicious, tangy cherry sauce. Not sweetened like those at other restaurants. An adult taste, not kindergarten. The room was packed, so book ahead. A very warm, cosy atmosphere on a cold Sydney night. Oh, and dont forget to order the best Langos ever. Thoroughly recommended.

We went to this place based on the reviews online and also had a Hungarian friend recommend us. There were 6 of us and we all had different things, fried mushrooms, mushroom soup, chicken schnitzel, garlic prawns, creamed spinach, desserts too. Everything was really lovely. Very homely decor and also style of food. Good service. Really can't complain. This place is pretty damned good and I definitely recommend it.

Great selection of traditional Hungarian food! The waiter was very friendly, he explained everything we asked and helped us to choose. Unfortunately, we couldn't try the desserts, since we were completely full after the entrées and main dishes. The ambience reminded me a small family restaurant in Hungary, decorated with pictures and souvenirs from Hungary. We'll definitely return!

This restaurant is truly authentic and loved the Hungarian memorabilia and pics everywhere to add to the atmosphere. I've longed for hearty, soul-warming food like this for a long time and found it! Waiter was most attentive and friendly.

The food here was good. So was the service and decor. But the atmosphere was a disappointment. Bright lights, No mood lights. No music, just silence except for the hushed chatter of dinners nearby and clinking of cutlery. So its not a place to take a date. Maybe this is the way Hungarian dining is supposed to be. As I said, the food and service was great, but I would only go back if the ambience improves.

An absolutely fabulous night. Great food, great atmosphere, such a cute, quaint place. Even had parking! The Tokaj (hungarian wine) was amazing and the desserts were to die for!

Love this place. I love the hortibagyi crepes and the goulash and the knuckle. Amazing. The crepes are great too for dessert. The decor is really cute. A little expensive and sometimes the staff aren't super friendly but I always return. This is my very favorite restaurant for savory dishes.

We came here for a birthday dinner, with high hopes of a lovely night out. Unfortunately, the waitress could barely speak english or communicate with us. We ordered a salad which we asked if it was big enough to share and she nodded, the salad came in the smallest bowl I had seen and maybe provided us with 5 forkfuls of food, she could have told us that is was only for 1. Then later we ordered dessert and were told 5 minutes later that they ran out of batter for our crepes.

I don't know why they couldn't just make up a new batch but no it was too much of a bother and we were offered a noodle dessert, I asked what is that. She said it was a noodle cake, she couldn't speak english and I said what do you mean is it shaped like a noodle and she nodded. To my dismay the dessert arrived and it was a plate of fettuccini with crushed poppyseed and sugar which looked like a pile of "s...t" and didn't taste much better. I had 1 mouthful and my friend only had a bit of hers as well. No one came to us to ask if anything was wrong or if we wanted something else.

The senior staff was just behind us and heard every word of our disappointment and didn't utter a word. It was too much of a bother to make a batch of batter for crepes which would've have taken 5 minutes, they quite clearly didn't want to refund the desserts or offer a replacement. My recommendation if you want good service and all your courses to be good don't come here.

This was our first time at this restaurant and we live 50kms away. We found the starters and the mains were well presented and deliciously tasty. We had brought along a chocolate birthday cake for my wife's birthday and that was served very professionally with whipped cream on the side. For dessert, the Apple and Cinnamon crepe was delicious.

Unfortunately, what stuck in our minds the most was the rude berating we got from the Hostess because three of our party was 45 minutes late. They had in fact got lost, as I explained the the Hostess it was our first time here. We felt like naughty little school children (not the most comfortable way for adults to spend the evening!) Very unprofessional for someone in the Hospitality industry!
