Free Council 2P parking next door to the cafe (on Formosa St).
Copo Cafe & Diner is set to become your new local.
Copo is set in a large 2 storey premise complete with an outdoor terrace on the second floor for long lazy breakfasts in the sunshine.
We can, and will offer you plenty of space for your relaxing brekkies with friends, business meetings or family lunches.
The shop is conveniently located next to a free council car park on Formosa Street, so parking is a breeze.
Experienced head barista Danny Acioli and head chef Brock Coffey (formerly at Rockpool Bar & Grill) got together to create a friendly cafe environment for the residents of the Drummoyne area to enjoy.
The cafe combines the well known Campos Coffee with fresh food made from local produce.
Soon you will feel part of the Copo family too!

When I first discovered Copo I knew it would not be long before that it would become a popular destination for many. Breakfast, lunch and dinner have all been exceptional, there is a wonderful roof terrace and the service is good.
The only downside is trying to get a table on the weekend, but they deserve their success.

Nice little local cafe. Went here for breakfast during the weekend, highly enjoyed my French toast with rhubarb and mascarpone and ate some of my friend's blueberry pancakes, both were delicious, however, the servings could be bigger (we are big eaters). Service was friendly and I would come back again.

I have been to Copo many times since it has opened in Drummoyne and have never been disappointed. Last Sunday I went for brunch with my son and as usual everything was fantastic. I am slowly working my way through the menu and Sunday's meal was outstanding. You must try the Moroccan Eggplant with baked eggs, labne and fresh herbs - to die for! I want that recipe please. Excellent in every department.

Such a shame that one waitress can spoil a restaurant, make the reviewer never return. I ate at this restaurant at 7am on a weekday, walked in and up to a surly waitress at the desk, I looked at the menu and ordered a coffee, she looked up at me with a dirty look and said, 'its table service so u have to sit down'.
I should have left then and there, there is no excuse for poor service in Sydney, anyway, I sat down and ordered a coffee (ordinary) and mushrooms on toast, my breakfast came, a huge pile of (very tasty mushrooms) with 2 pieces of minute toast, one the size of half my palm and the other the end of a baguette, about half the size of my little finger.
I ordered more toast and was perturbed when paying my bill that I had been charged $5 dollars for it, when I questioned it with the waitress she gave me a dirty look and said I should have been happy with the 2 pieces I'd first been given as 'usually we only serve it with one piece of toast'. This place needs to sort out its 'service' staff as this particular waitress does not belong in this industry, I'd never return!

We went on Sat and it was very quiet, which was surprising as food was outstanding and for the price great value. The beef cheeks were amazing as were the spicy beans. Will definitely be back.

Great cafe! Away from the busy traffic of Victoria Rd, this awesome cafe has a relaxing feeling. Amazing food and service with the always tasteful Campos Coffee. It is my new local!

My fave new (local) place, I love Copo. Have slowly forgiven them for the stand offish service as they have had time to hit their straps. Now that they know my face, I at least get the odd smile! Have been here a dozen times now and have always enjoyed it.
Brekky is the go here, get there to try the excellent menu as they have a huge range of stuff and it is always done well. The bubble and squeak is awesome, terrific post a hangover, the pancakes are great and the bacon/egg roll is spot on.
Coffee is consistently really good if a little slow to come out, even when two are working the machine. Take aways do seem to take a bit too long, they can tidy this area up a bit.
The cakes and cookies are fab, the choc chip cookie is a staple for me every week pretty much. Great juices and shakes too. Copo is a great little find, give it a shot!

After seeing a great review on sydney weekender we gave this cafe a go for breakfast. The service was slow the coffee was horrible when we got it more than 20 minutes after ordering and as for the food, well we left most of it as it could not be eaten. Would not recommend this cafe and yes, perhaps, we got them on a bad day but for Everything to be off, that is some bad day!

Amazing value, friendly service, coffee is amazing and consistent, and the food is original, tasty and fulfilling. Seriously, I am overwhelmed and filled with hope for the Sydney cafe scene now after visiting this beacon of quality in Drummoyne of all places. And not on a main street, but one street back! These guys are excellent. More like Copo please Sydney!

Tried this new cafe last week and was pleasantly surprised. If you get past the sour-faced girl supposedly greeting people, the rest of the wait people are friendly and do try hard to please. There are some great fresh combinations on the menu, and the food is really good. Excellent fresh juices and nicely sized portions.
Still a little chaotic on the service side, I presume because it has only just opened, but we will definitely be back.
