Great place for a feed but overpriced. Staff were great. Great place to sit and watch the world go by if you can put up with the noise and fumes. Great coffee as well.

Friendly staff! Great food! My husband loves the Works breakfast, and I love every dish I have tried! I live just around the corner and it's nice to have a regular breakfast/brunch cafe that I can rely on for good food.

My husband and I love this cafe So much. We've already tried most of the cafe around Pyrmont since we moved to Pyrmont 3 years ago. Concrete is still the best we 've been, considering the price and the food quality. He always will have works breaky and I love their pancake and the berry triffle. Just too busy at Sat. and they need more space.

This is my favourite cafe in Pyrmont. Great for brunch and reasonably priced. The works breakfasts are great and your plate is not overloaded in food and non greasy. The coffee is always good and the Lemon and Ginger tea is a must. The staff can be a bit narky especially when busy. My tip is get there as early as you can.

I have been eating at Concrete regularly since moving to Pyrmont 2.5 years ago. I personally think the service, food and coffee are excellent. You must try the hotcakes with braised lamb - amazing! The outdoor setting is very pleasant most days (especially since it never rains in Sydney anymore!) though it can be a bit tedious reading the paper on a windy day.

This place serves the best coffee in Pyrmont. They always ensure they have quality baristas, which makes all the difference between a good and bad coffee.

I live across the road and have eaten here regularly. For the first time last week the staff were pleasant to deal with - usually they're too rude, stressed probably because you can hear the (someone?) yelling at them to take plates out of the kitchen/makes coffees etc. Does not make for pleasant eating experience! Still, in its quieter moments it can be quite lovely sitting outdoors under the umbrellas reading a newspaper (so I'd probably avoid Saturday mornings when its REALLY busy).
