I found all the meal sizes to be generous especially the fish and chips. The food quality is very good for a pub. Menu changes frequently as well. The pub could do with a facelift but generally a great place to be in summer .

Usually pretty good but the fish and chips left my wife very hungry, two small pieces and a few chips....not good enough.

Have been for several work lunches over the past couple of months. Good atmosphere, plenty of space and the food is consistent plus a varied menu. Possibly some of the best salt and pepper calamari I've tasted, comes exactly as it is served if you were somewhere on the Mediterranean!

Have been here many times on a Sunday afternoon for drinks and then dinner.
The place is simply somwhere to sit down, have a few drinks and some food. There is no entertainment but there is something about it that really makes it nice and gives it a great vibe. I recommend any meal, in particular the steaks. It is not cheap but where is these days.

Great place to go to catch up from friends, very comfortable, good atmosphere. Food is excellent too - I think it's definitely the best pub in the lower north shore.

The food was as to be expected from a pub, good value too. Went on a Saturday night - it was full of the local GPS rugby boys and associated girls.

The girls are the best thing about this place. All very attractive and friendly and I heard on the grapevine that one of them is quite infamous. Great for lunches, and the view is amazing.

Love the friendly staff, with a real "can do" attitiude. Great location for a drink, but the food is starting to get pricey.
