This was by far the worst service I've experienced. The staff were slow and rude, they did nothing to help and seemed more interested in chatting then dealing with customers. I even heard one young man arguing with a lady about what flavour she had ordered. Cold Rock is great and I love the product, but those staff are giving the company a bad name, I suggest you deal with them.

I love this place there is one at Manly near my work and one at Cornulla near my home. I recommend white chocolate ice cream with nutella and jaffas mixed in...To die for, or simple double choc with peanut butter.

Or if you don't want something creamy, a lemon sobet with the frozen berries mixed in is great in summer.

Absolutely LOVE the idea these guys have come up with of being able to add any treat that your heart desires and mash it into one of their incredibly delectable ice cream flavours. Yum, yum - I am hooked!

I will never again set foot in this Cold Rock store again after the way I was treated. The service was not only delayed but my ice cream order was firstly mixed up and then when I had it remade, again I got the wrong mix in! To make things worse, the staff was not understanding and failed to resolve the situation. Shame on you.
