First time visit at Rousehlii, never again, coffee served Luke warm, finished it way before meal was served, ordered an omelette, took forever to arrive, finally upon arrival looked more like mashed up scrambled eggs, Very dry, over cooked, feta cheese wasn't even served in it, was sitting to the side of plate, resembled nothing to what we are regularly served at coffee club Nepean River, maybe Rousehill staff should visit penrith nepean river coffee club to see how its done.

Arrived with others after a movie. Waitress attentiveness to tables was very poor. After 50 minutes we were told our order had not gone to the kitchen and did we really want them to print it and give it to the kitchen? All the time trying to talk us out of it. No apology. Nothing. This was a very poor experience for us. At least two other tables before us had the same experience and I expect several others after us. If you go into the service industry "Serve"! We will never go to Rouse Hill Coffee Club again and will tell all we know.

Most awful service ever!

Ordered a simple large cappuccino in a mug, which took over 15 minutes to arrive, and when it did, it was the wrong size and was impossible to get attention of staff who were just lazily standing around doing nothing.

Food is overpriced and bland. Why this place remains busy is simply beyond me.

The words Packed in Like Sardines comes to my mind, food is tasteless and cold, really ordinary.

Revisited April 2011: We went back here because really they are one of a few coffee shops in Rouse Hill, what a mistake, inefficient lazy staff, horrible food, warning! Do not go there, I know I never will again.

Shame there's little competition. This place really needs a shake up. Service is terrible-inexperienced, often disinterested and very y gen. They need serious training. Food very ordinary but hey, it's coffee club.

The food is aweful for example cheap cuts of meat are used, the scrambled eggs has flour or some other filler to add bulk. The place is grossly dirty, that is the carpets, tables and seating alike. There is a high turn over of staff which although new it is very inexperienced. Worse still the manager does not take constructive criticism so none of the above are likely to improve. Hence I'm writing up this review to warn unsuspecting visitors.

Had coffee & Belgian waffles, both were satisfying, service was friendly, nice place for a goss in the local area.

All of the poor girls waitressing were very friendly and helpful. However when going to pay for the meal the boss was not friendly to me or to the staff, disgustingly yelling at his staff in front of all the stunned customers watching. Was very appalled about the lack of management if anything will be going back when new management arrives !

Ordered a Thai Beef salad & a Fruity frappe. The drink was fine,however the Thai Beef salad was very sour & watery. Service was okay, and the ambience just looked like any other coffee club.
