I had an appointment for eyelash extension - when I got there they were puzzled and suprised I was there - anyway I told them y I am here - Eyelash extension - proceeded to do them, while that was being done, asked if he can tint my eyebrows, agreed, it was the worst ever, when I left and saw myself in the shop mirror was horrified, did not clean the tint eyebrow were smudgie and you could not tell that I had tint done when I wiped the smudge there were indication at all - very pale.

As for my eyelash experience worst ever do not go there, I had them done on Monday on Friday half of my eyelashes fell out - when I went to another beautician at another salon and show them what happened all they did is put false eyelashes on not extension as they fell out in clamps paid $50.00 for this.

Tried contacting the salon without any answer and the worst part is my eye was infected. Very, very unprofessional, would not recommend it to anyone - I am telling everyone against buying vouchers - have also taken photos of so called eyelash extension. They should be reported for this.

I went with a friend and we both had Cudo vouchers. I must agree that they don't treat you as well when you have the vouchers.

We were welcomed very well and talked through the service we would receive, but actually told that we don't get a choice, they will choose because they know better. No champagne on arrival. The massage was flimsy, and I couldn't relax as the door was constantly opened and closed, lights switched on and off, coworkers talking to each other, a movie being watched loudly in the background. It was really annoying.

Then came the facial. It was a cleanser and a mask, didn't go for an hour, and the beautician was gossiping to a coworker during the whole thing. Really unprofessional. The eyelash tint was hopeless, she couldn't wax eyebrows properly. The ambiance was terrible. I felt so uneasy during this time.

The hair part was good though. Once I striked up a conversation with the hairdresser she became extremely friendly and washed, treated and blow dried my hair beautifully. I'll only ever come back for hair services, but I overall I didn't enjoy the experience much

Worst ever! I loved the entrance (staircase) and what they did with the place however when I commented on how nice the entrance was the lady behind the desk thanked me for my comment. Anyway, I didn't get my glass of Champaign on arrival (I had a cudo voucher) then when I didn't get one I realised how lucky I was to Not get one, the place had dirty Champaign glasses sitting around the table and in the fridge.

Anyway, I looked past that, after all I was there to get my hair done and not to drink alcohol. I waited about 30 minutes for them to start on my hair (I had a booking) and when they eventually did, it was so rushed and unprofessional! My hair felt incomplete, the lady who blow dried my hair was complaining about it hurting her eyes (I had keratin treatment) and how horrible her day was. I don’t care if it hurts you, its your job and your personal life is personal, keep it to yourself!

I had a horrible day that day too but Cocospa made it worse instead of giving me a service I would enjoy. I am looking for a hair dresser for my wedding and thought I'd buy a cudo voucher to suss out a few places. I'm definitely not going back to Cocospa ever again.

I thought the whole experience was Great with a capital G. I had a deluxe body pamper pack and every single inch of it was Fantastic everyone was very welcoming and helpful I will be back. In my opinion I'm pretty sure everyone has a certificate there. Some people I guess are just too picky.

I had a horrible experience here! My friend had a brazilian wax by a girl who had never given one before and it took her an hour and a half. I was getting my hair done (and suppose to have my nails done during) and the staff consistently forgot about me and just started chatting with each other. They even left my hair dye in too long! They were totally unprofessional and hopeless. Would Never go back here!

Bought a $69 pamper package from Cudo and found the experience disappointing. Had to ask for the bubbly and they did not honour everything on the voucher, even when asked about the missing treatments to several staff members and then to management, they avoided an explanation.

Mani was not done properly, no base or top coat just a coat of nail polish. As the client there was no talk of how you wanted certain things done (as part of the package). Whole treatment was unprofessional. They really need to pick up their act or get their girls better trained if they want more business.

Very Disapppointed how they treat people who purchased Cudo Vouchers! No appointments available for several months. Rude on the phone. Service also very poor! Not worth the money!

The worst and dodgiest place to have your hair, mani and pedi done. I booked 2 months prior to use my Cudo voucher for hair treatment, mani and pedi and ended up having my hair done only as they were overbooked on that day and been advised I can use the mani+pedi with no expiry anytime. I mean what's the point of booking an appointment! So I decide to return a few months later for my mani + pedi.

The person manning the reception was snob, I have to approached him first even if he saw me already and just ignored me literally. The variety of nail polish colour was very few, there were about 50 nail polish in there but the same shades! (only 4 shades to choose from) Pls refer to my attached photo.

She only Buffed my nails then straight away putting on the nail polish without even cleaning it. As all the particles are still there together with the polish. What a rip-off! I even have to cross my hand to the other side as she does not want to move coz she's Busy watching "keeping up with the kardashian" on the player (when she's supposed to be focusing on what she's doing).

The lady does not look like she knows what she's doing, I don't think she even have a certificate or studied at all for that job!

If you're thinking of going here...don't. My mum and I got a Cudo voucher and we were hoping for the manicure and hair cut and colour. I never ended up getting time for the manicure and mum gave me her credit from her voucher to get more foils in my hair. After 2 and a half hours of getting my hair done it looked revolting. I had asked for a medium brown colour with natural looking blond foils throughout. It ended up being bright orange with bright yellow foils throughout. I almost cried. I looked so trashy but they kept telling me how great it looked.

The haircut was also bad and I was left for about 30 minutes with my neck wedged in the wash basin waiting for them to wash the conditioner off as they got busy. I am sure they knew how horrible my hair looked as they kept pointing and my hair and arguing in a different language. Anyway, I got my hair fixed the next day, so not worth the trouble going there! Very disappointed.

It's the worst hair salon I've ever been! Chaotic and extremely dirty. Utterly dissapointed. I bought a spreets voucher and it's a rip off. First, I turn up on time but they took me only after more than an hour wait. After picking the colour for my hair, but when they were doing it, they said, "I'm going to do the colour similar to your original colour". Hair treatment was less than 5 mins and worst of all, the hairdresser was only given 5 mins to do my hair cut as they overbooked too many people. By this time, I have no confidence with them at all and so I only asked for a trim and it is the worst haircut in my life! To finish the package off, the hand and foot treatment was another rip off. Definitely would not recommend anyone to this place!
