What a wonderful afternoon we had sitting overlooking the gorgeous autumn leaves of Machattie Park and enjoying what we had been told was Bathurst’s finest restaurant, Cobblestone lane. Our meals by Chef and Owner Heath Smith were wonderful and the service (by his brother and Maitre d' Damian) was warm and attentive. Add to these the wonderful historic building and you have it made.
