Food was great and service was very friendly. We were the only one there though. I suggest going on a quieter night as previous comments suggest, the service is not so good when it's busy and there is a bit more pressure. Definitely worth a try however.

Went with a group for a weekday lunch. Weather was 35 degrees so we were placed near the door and they brought us a fan as there was no aircon. Service was friendly and attentive. Luckily for us, we were the only people there! Serving sizes are modest but work well when sharing multiple dishes with a group. Naan and rice were perfect (unlike some of the other reviews I had pre-read)

We loved the food here and have been frequently - probably the best curry in Sydney. Unfortunately we won't be going back. A week ago we had booked for 12 people and when we turned up the manager denied we had made a booking (even when he admitted, when shown my mobile, that the number dialled was that of the restaurant). After much argument he said he could seat us in 15 minutes as a table was leaving but would not let us come in and sit at the bar. He expected us to stand in the street. The curry is good but the attitude is phenomenally rude.

Excellant quality chicken used - pure breast. Curry dishes were very tasty. Recommend the food but a bit annoyed at the price of corkage!

Went for a group booking one night and food was great BUT went a second time with family to show it off and was treated very badly.

Made a booking and when we arrived they told us they had overbooked so put us on table at the front. THEN realised that table was reserved too so screamed at us not to touch anything and squashed us in up the back right next to the kitchen (appalling considering there was no one else in the restaurant at the time).

Rushed the service and we felt like we were being hurried up to leave - so much so because one of the staff sat at the table behind us and stared at us througout our meal. Weird. Would not go back now.

In serious need of a re-fit, 75% of the tables in this restaurant. You're either upstairs (like a morgue!), pushed down the back (in the dark), or shoved up front by the door (which has a huge draft. Ambience was very poor. Service was average. Food was great.

Twice now we have had dissaproving comments from the waiter 'typical english meal'. Service was very rushed - it felt like they wanted us out of there fast. We won't hurry back.

Quality and service gone down. Both rice and Naan bread were totally cold upon arriving to table, after complains Naan was reheated in Microwave, new plate of rice bought to table. Both rices were porridge stile, cooked too long. Chicken was dry as... Sorry can't recommend and won't return.

Rude rude rude, I pre-booked as I have a friend in a wheelchair, so we would be ground floor and near the entrance. I also rang again to confirm that we had a wheelchair and again told no problems. When we arrive they tried to put us up two flights of stairs and then didn't want to make up a table downstairs until I literally screamed at them and then the food and service was disgusting, give it a big miss.
