For private clients we cater for Christenings through 21sts and engagements, to golden anniversaries and wakes.

Jean Francois Perron has over 20 years of professional experience and has trained at some of the finest restaurants across the world (Les Freres Roux Restaurant in London and Santa Barbara, place Hotel le George V in Paris)
He founded Choco Cannelle in 1996 .We can come to your home, office or cocktail party.

Finally I have found a traditional and truly amazing french patisserie. I have travelled all over Sydney looking for one. Others try but Choco Cannelle in Ryde does not stray or take any short cuts. The pastries are all hand made and baked daily, they are just like I remember in Paris, the cakes ranging from tarts, mousse cakes and others are a work of art.

Jean Francois is a master. Immediately you feel very welcome and you can stand and watch him in action! I have enrolled in a class with a few friends and are looking forward to the experience. I now have found the best patisserie in Sydney!

Really does feel like a patisserie in france, and if you speak french you can have a chat with Jean Francois. The pastries really are deliciously authentic so be prepared to pay. They use Toby's Estate coffee which, unfortunatley, I am not a fan of but the pastries are worth the trip. Love the Parisienne feel of this place, standing room only.

I am a regular at Choco Cannelle, love the coffee and the pastries. We have had many Birthday cakes here and are not disappointed, with the friendly service and a bit of a chat.
