Came up here as the food court below was so busy. It was much quieter and more relaxed on this top floor dining. Even though a restaurant in a shopping centre can be a little odd, it really works well. We received very fast friendly service.

As for the food it was brilliant! We got the Hainan Chicken and Curry chicken which could not be faulted and were full of fresh flavour. For a little escape from the hustle of the food court you will love the food here!

2 words from me: Highly Recommended. I took a friend for lunch as a birthday gift to her. Atmosphere was really nice, food was divine and price is really good considering it is a place known to be very well kwown and classy.

Quite in love with this restaurant. Seductive atmosphere and lovely staff. The Pearly Butter prawns are divine and I am addicted to the Monk's mushrooms. Cocktails are tasty (but a little small). The dining room is pretty sexy, this is a really good couples restaurant.

Very good place where you really feel like you're transported somewhere else. Interesting video montages are shown on the wall.

The food is fairly tasty Malaysian cuisine, but some items were unavailable which was a pity. Price was premium Westfield standards, which is $20+ per head.

On a busy Thursday night leading to the Christmas shopping week, we caught up with a friend from Canberra for a meal at Mood For Love in Westfield Sydney, a new venture of Chinta Ria. We got seated outside of the rather dimmed dining room.

The excellent fried chicken entrée gave us an exciting start of the meal. The reputed beef rendang was available, meat was tender and the sauce went very well with the fragrant coconut rice. The cassava cake was a simple and was not too sweet.

Given its prime location, the girls went straight to shopping after.

This is my new found love! Quirky and modern deco with a huge screen that tastefully displayed 'arty' videos - somewhat weird at times depicting highways and night lights in Malaysia (seemingly).

The ambience was soaked with 80s songs which were old time favourites in Malaysia - by Teresa Teng. The menu was written creatively in screenplay format with opening scene being the opening time! We ordered otak-otak (fish wrapped in banana leaves), it was great but a tad too spicy for me. We had beef rendang with rice and it did live up to my expections.

Flavoursome, full of spices and tender beef. The shining star was the "Chai tao kway" - pan fried radish cake with eggs, cured radish. This dish had blew me away! True to its real form of what you'd get in Malaysia. Chinta Ria Mood for Love has definitely gem! I hope to try out other dishes and am waiting to be impressed by them.
