I came here with a group of 10 for dinner. I initially only booked for 6, but they were very accommodating and pulled up more tables and chairs without complaint. We chose the $30pp banquet A and it was beautiful. The food came out quickly and the waitresses were attentive and cheerful, telling us what each dish was.

All the dishes served were really good, but I enjoyed in particular the Sweet chilli deep fried barramundi, which was beautifully presented, de-boned, with crispy skin, lovely salad and meat was perfectly cooked. We were offered more jasmine rice as well by the staff when we ran out.

Wonderful place to have authentic Thai food with a large group of friends.

I got home delivery from this particular restaurant when I tried to order over the phone the girl could not understand me and it took me 15 minutes to order and pay, it was as if she wasn't listening. She advised me that delivery would take 45 mins which I was happy with.

After waiting an hour I called and asked if it would be here soon or if the driver needed help or directions she said to me it was already there and hung up! So I called back and asked again, she said it's on it's way and hung up on me again!
Able 5 mins later I received my food and it was delectable!

I prdered 2 entrees 2 mains and a soup which cost me $55 which was reasonable though the servings were smaller than most. I will probably not get delivery from chilling jam ever again but I might go into the resturant to sit and eat hopefully I will have better service.

Was feeling like thai so decided to try this place out, there was six of us. When we walked in the girl greeted us and asked us to take a seat she then walked away and started talking to another employee, we tried to get her attension but she seemed like she was having a really good converstaion. We waited for 15 mins without anyone asking us wether we wanted any drinks or if we were ready to order. It was really hard to get her attension even though our table was faced opposite to were she was standing.

After 20 mins another girl walked upto us and asked if we were ready to order, so we order our drinks and entree and when it came to ordering the mains, we asked for the duck in plum sauce, the girl said 'no sorry we don't have that one' so okay then we asked for the 'massaman beef curry'..then she says 'oh, sorry we don't have anymore beef'. We were very dissapointed because they were the 2 dishes we were looking forward too.

Overall the dishes we ended up having were ok, but not upto the standards of other restaurants that are in Parramatta, its a shame really because the restaurant looks really good but the food and the service was really poor.

Good solid Thai food. Service was a bit rushed, but to be fair it was close to their closing time. Value was on the good side as well.

Ordered online as we do every fortnight or so. Wednesday night so thinking it shouldn't take its usual hour 10 - 20 minutes to arrive. Well, ordered at 7.14pm with a confirmation email. Called 8.15, asked whats the name and order, oh it will be 15 more minutes. Waited until 8.55. Called again, oh sorry about that the delivery man is on his way. Ok. Called 9.15pm 2 Hours later - Oh whats the name? Oh the order didn't go through.

Why have an online order form if it doesn't work? In the end, waited a whole 2 and a half hours for a meal. Absolute Joke. However, in store service, fantastic. Never waited more than 10 minutes.

A bit expensive compared to the Sitney thai up the road but still very good. The food is very good, highly recommend the Duck special they have at the moment and the creamy thai chilli basil.

One of the best Thai places in Sydney for me.

So far have tried the pad see ew, oyster sauce stir fry, the fried rice and also one of the lunch box specials. All of these have been delicious. Especially the pad see ew which has wonderful fresh vegetables, cashews and the flavour overall was excellent.

Serving sizes are very generous without forgetting the quality of the food.
Service was attentive and overall friendly. Also while food was slow on a busy friday night, it was still worth the wait.

They also let me bring in my own cake for a birthday dinner, and even supplied plates and candle at no charge.

Had dinner on Monday (which is always a bad time to dine out), ordered creamy basil prawns which was pretty good, then the rock hard beef massaman with over powdered cinnamon curry sauce, the lamb cutlet with pepper and garlic was way over cooked and spiced, tom yum mussels was okey but only came with 3 mussels(that is so wrong have a pot of 3 mussels..). Microwaved rice and plastic like roti is big turn off too. Service ok if u r sitting within sights of waitress at the back. Will not go back again.

I was really disappointed by our meal at Chilli Jam. We ordered the mushroom stir-fry and the tofu laksa.

The food took a while to come out. The mushroom stir-fry was nice but not amazing. However, the biggest let down was Raw onion eww! And the laksa was meh. It was ok, but didn’t taste like an authentic laksa I've had at other establishments.

We then ordered the palm sugar cake, advising we had to leave shortly when we were ordering. She advised that it would be about 10 minutes which suited us. Several minutes had passed and we went to ask the waitress where our dessert was but before we could say anything she snapped '2 minutes'. The palm sugar cake looked like a children’s birthday cake with sprinkles and topping and chocolate chips. It looked funny but it didn’t taste nice.

The food and the service is the biggest let down here. There are so many other Thai restaurants that offer better food. I wouldn't come back.

Went here last Friday night for dinner. We had quite a large group. One person's meal didn't come and we had to chase it up with two waitresses, but eventually it came at the end. Otherwise service was pretty good.

We were seated outside, and they have plastic sheets to create a "tent" so we were quite protected from the cold. It was also quite good because it seemed like no one was smoking.

I ordered a chilli basil noodles with tofu and it was standard. Servings are just the right size, but I was a little disappointed that there actually wasn't much chilli in my dish. When I tasted someone else's food, who had ordered the chilli jam, it was great!

The price for my dish was $15, which is quite reasonable.
