For every bad review there will be two good ones. The service from staff received was atrocious. Kids working at McDonalds are better mannered.

The food came out very late, and then management would not bring out our cake until after midnight. Since when do the staff tell us when we can and can't have our cake. I will never ever eat here again and do not appreciate been told off by staff. There is no way in this world I will ever go back there again even if offered a free feed. Seriously I would rather buy take away. You guys were really very unprofessional.

Had over 35 people for my Birthday. Was advised that I had to pay a deposit which the owner and manager told me on the night that they are keeping ($200). Entertainment was ok but would bring out mains till midnight nor would they allow me to bring out my birthday cake until after 12:30am.

It was completely unacceptable the way they spoke to my sister who simply asked for the cake and food to come out earlier. Will never Ever go back there for any sort of function. Also was told that beer and wine was part of the package that we paid for, Alcohol was stopped literally one hour after we arrived.

The service was very bad. The food was cold and does not have any taste, the music too loud and not understandable. $50 for a meal is not too bad but when the staff are this rude I'd rather go somewhere where I and my guests are respected. Everyone left annoyed and not happy.

I booked my sons christening at €helseas and in all honesty I am a perfectionist and was worried about how the night would turn out as my guests are aware of my very high standards.

I can honestly say I was so happy with the way the night turned out the reception looked fantastic the service was number 1 the food was excellent the music was amazing the night went off I don't think one person stayed sitting everyone was very happy with €helseas and I had nothing but excellent reviews from all my 120 guests.

I loved it and I will be going back for my next function. Chelseas is highly recommend by me.

The food was exactly what I was hoping to find! I have had a few nights out at Lebanese places and this by far took my hat off, the ambience was a shock, having never seen anything like it before I couldn’t wait to go back once I'd walked out the door. I was worried not being of Lebanese descendant that I would feel uncomfortable but it was so welcoming! I will be taking back some family member next time they come down to visit me for sure.

My biggest shock of the night being they had a bar that was filled with every drink you want, from the most average drink to a range of 15 vodka brands and champagnes. The only problem I had was getting so caught up in having a dance that I would forget to have a feed, but they were more then happy to serve me what I missed out on. Chelseas is a place to go! I will be there again For sure!

This is the Worst place I have ever been too. I had an engagement party and the night was ruined. We had agreements which they agreed too but changed their minds on the night.

The service was absolutely pathetic!, plates were everywhere and nothing was removed when dinner was served and dinner was like 2 plates for a whole table of 18! On top of that, dinner was served at like 12! The coke/lemonade was filled up with soo much ice to the top that the softdrinks tasted like water 10 minutes after.

Table arrangements were unbelivably squashy. They try squeeze as many people on one table to make more money. There wasn't even 1cm between each chair. I would honestly not recommend this place unless you want to end up in big disappointment the way I did, especially when you pay 6 grand to hire out half the place. 140 people from my event definitely said they won't be coming back to the place.

On top of that I had people calling me from the place from 4pm changing our arrangements and more arrangements such as the type of beer/wiskeys were changed when we got there. On top of that, they are the biggest liars! I have never been this humiliated infront of my family and they ruined one of the most special nights for me. There was fighting and screaming that the whole place heard between the management and my family.

A buisness is meant to give a good impression on customers, wanting them to come back, however, the only impression that was left on me and my whole family was that they are unethical, tightarses who all they care about is money. They are lucky I'm not suing them for a breach of contract, they are even worth my time. This place definitely needs to be shut down.

Food was good. Nothing special but good enough for lebanese food. You have to realise that you're coming here mainly to have a good experience and a good dance. I wouldn't come here just for food but good for a good time and a decent dinner.

I was initially somewhat paranoid after reading the mixed reviews here but nevertheless I gave into the curiosity to check this place out. I must say the food was both awesome and never ending, we went through a whole set of mezza plates and when they finished they changed them with full plates.

The entertainment was absolutely amazing, we danced for over 3 hours enjoying the mix of different styles of music as well as the food menu which kept on coming out all night with different mezza platers. I have been to many Lebanese venues and this is by far the best stocked venue I have ever been to. Who knew you could get a Jagermeister or a Moet or a Belvedere at a Lebanese venue. I was seriously impressed, and I have grown up in the hospitality trade.

Probably the best thing about this all is the price. $50 got us the whole mezza, the mains which are different types of marinated meat skewers and unlimited soft drinks. If you go to any half decent restaurant your bill will come well over $50 for the same amount/quality of food and that doesn't include the amazing entertainment program.

If you want to have fun in a friendly and safe atmosphere, there is nowhere else but Chelseas.

I had my birthday a couple of yrs back my god is was awful to say the least I have 25 people there and the service was terrible the food was finger food. The meat never came out and mind you it was 12 pm! they tricked us and we over paid for everything, they humiliated me and my friends and lied about pricing on drinks packages and then tried to give me another bill for the bottles of wine. I was sooo horrified I myself have owned two restaurants and a cafe and I'm telling you these people are scammers at its best.

The way they have lifted their game or other people they know wrote the good comments. I myself go on what I find rather than what people have said, however, the bad reviews I read should've in hindsight been enough to not go there. It was my worst birthday in my entire life thanks to them! They are scammers and its awful.

I also am a chef and have tasted the best arabic and lebo cuisine in the world and let me tell you is low grade food! and they don't cater or make any other culture feel welcome they humiliate them, trust me 26 people including myself can't be wrong and the fact they have massive bouncers ready to give the bounce when they tried to rip you off and you work it out! my birthday presents also went missing from our table underneath come on! Scamm please don't go there I know plenty of lebo places that are amazing, however, this one is not best of luck if you go there!
