    My friends and I were very pleased to see Charlie Lovett open in Neutral Bay. My friends and I are regular customers. Today, a few of us went there for the first time since Christmas and we sat outside to eat our lunch and drink our coffees. The staff had retained their good standard. After lunch one of my friends having a cigarette outside.

    A young girl, in her teens appeared and said very nicely that some restaurants had banned smoking outside in October 2011. I pointed out that I work for the government that the owners should put signs up, which they had not. It isn't even a busy cafe. My friend was also sitting outside the North Sydney outdoor area parameter. I don't smoke but all this is getting a bit much for people who like a cigarette with their coffee. We will no go somewhere that is not so padantic about smoking outside.
