Celini's has been established as an Authentic Turkish Cuisine restaurant since 2003. Our journey began with our most popular simple side dish ‘bulgur pilaf’, different to your average white rice you find with most plates as a carbohydrate. Gulay was determined to introduce ‘something different’ on the plate and being one of her most favourite alternative to plain rice bulgur pilaf was a hit. We specialise in a selection of meze, vegetarian, meat & seafood. Celini’s is one of a few Turkish restaurants in Sydney that has successfully introduced Turkish Cuisine in a unique and authentic style.

Being the only licensed Authentic Turkish Restaurant in Marrickville we stand true to the meaning of our name ‘Celini’s’, by introducing and providing new beginnings in our restaurant, service and food.

I don't understand why this cafe is often empty whilst the rest of Marrickville's cafes are heaving at breakfast and lunch time! The service is so welcoming and warm whilst also fast and efficient.

The food is great, always so fresh, well presented, good sized portions, delicious and Different to all those Big Brekkies available everywhere. Great at any time of day or evening, some good vegetarian options, generous mezze plate. Fab kebabs. A beautiful stuffed kebbe type thing whose name I have forgotten

I have been here twice now, and it is a fantastic choice for a place for large groups. The degustation/banquet menu is excellent value with heaps of tasty food and the service is really great. Definitely worth a try!

We went late on a quiet easter thursday night. They were about to close shortly but we were given the friendliest welcome that we had received in a restaurant in a long time. Although we were too late for some dishes we managed to have more than enough to choose from.

The food was beautifully cooked and presented and very fresh. Our compliments to the Chef on duty. The service reminded me of my childhood and the hospitality we received when dining at our Middle Eastern relatives homes. Our waitress (Gulay - or something sounding like that) certainly knows how to treat customers and give them that very friendly service. Even later customers were given the same friendly treatment even though they only came in for coffee.

The restaurant looked so clean that you could have eaten off the floor. This is how all good restaurants should be, great food and the best in service. We will definitely be back.

The food lacks the turkish punch that is full of flavour. Still good food nonetheless, esp entrees. Service cannot be faulted, they are ever so polite and friendly.

I visited Cafe Celinis a week ago with a friend of mine for the first time because we were able to book a table using an online dining concierge (TableOne) and get a 30% discount. I have to say, food was fantastic. If you like mediteranian then this is a very quaint restaraunt with really good food. We tried the Izgarra Platter for 2 and we really enjoyed it... enough to order a plate of haloumi, a salad and a bowl of ice cream on top (dont judge). It is a cafe style restaraunt so dont expect tetsuya style ambience, that being said it was certainly comfortable enough for us. Service was very good, I think the booking through TableOne helped. Very attentive lady, had very helpful suggestions and all in all we really enjoyed it and got a 30% discount on top. Thats value.

Very impressed with this place we ordered a variety of dishes I must say the prawns were so nice and the rest of the food yum service was great and happy staff this place was just more than what we expected will be going back soon.

We really enjoyed ourselves on our night out at Celinis. The food was delicious. A fantastic family run restaurant with very attentive service. We enjoyed our Turkish coffee and baklava at the end.

We arrived without a booking and were made welcome. Great food. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff and outstanding service. Good value. Well priced wine. We had a really great meal. The shared Mezze plate was exceptionally good. The staff made some menu suggestions and they were all spot on. Would definitely recommend.

Wow! What a great meal! Everything was fantastic! I went with my girlfriend, and we used a coupon. We ordered enough to feed 4-6 (normal) people. The waitress recommended a good range of dishes to us, and kept us smiling throughout the night. We had the bakla, sizzling prawns, celini's mezze for two, coban salad, fasulye, and the mixed grill plate.

To be honest we were impressed with all the dishes. The coban and fasulye were incredibly fresh. The bakla had intense flavour, the prawns were plush. The mezze was divine, and the mixed grill was eaten despite being full at halfway! The waitress explained that the food was so good because it is always either her aunt or her mum in the kitchen, and we believed her! Yum! Highly recommended for groups and families. Will definitely be back! Thanks for a great night!
