Very poor all round. It's a coffee place during the day I believe.....well meaning service but just not professional enough to be an evening restaurant (especially in that location!!!). I think the small numbers going means half the menu is not available. All round so disappointing - I was desperate to find a place at last minute and I needed some wow factor -I got it for the wrong reasons.
And I used this site to find it so let me say to those who gave it an 8.4 score on here you must all be recent graduates of Hamburger Uni or members of the staff or family. 8.4.....you've got to all be dreaming' !!!!

Great value. $65/hd for oysters (v fresh) + main + good wine. Knowledgeable staff. Lovely and clean, soft lighting. Probably wrong side of Devonshire ie south, as it was empty on Fri night.

Absolutely fantastic. Excellent food and service. The salt and pepper squid is a must try. But credits mainly towards the effort spent on decoration. Talking with the owner the wallpaper painted was customly designed by an artist. Dim and romantic lighting absolute plus. Food maybe a little more expensive, but the value and experience makes up for it. Highly recommended to take your partner to.

A few days ago a friend invited me to have lunch at Cee Cee, 535 Crown St., Surry Hills. As a recently retired Senior Health Inspector, first impressions were encouraging to me. The service and quality of the food and its presentation, made for an enjoyable experience. Superb coffee. I am certain to again patronize this venue.
