Maybe because we went there on Monday night that there was only 1 waitress attending 10+ tables? The food lacked in variety, especially it being a buffet, and also wasn't replenished when it ran out around 8 o'clock. A bit disappointing. Our Grill was not changed the whole night due to the fact the 1 waitress that was working did not even attend our table!
Dessert was disappointing and there were only 2 types of fruits available. Will probably not be going there anytime soon.
The staff regularly attend to your table for any needs and the overall environment is clean and spacious. The food lacks a bit in variety but quality wise not all too bad.
Been here twice now, don't really know why I returned the second time. Food is quite poor compared to other Korean BBQ restaurants. There were long waits for rice, water and more popular meats. And since there were people queing to wait for these, they were all taken pretty much as soon as they came out! Not an awful restaurant, nonetheless I will never return.
We often go there on special occasions but the parking is difficult. It is really fun, being able to cook everything and choose everything yourself. The mixture of raw and cooked food is nice and the service is good. The only problem is the smoke isn't as controlled as other Korean restaurants, so being seated at the back of the restaurant isn't too good.
This place was GREAT. I found it to be a great value for money, seeing as most korean bbqs are HEAPS more expensive. The sauces they use to marinate their meat is delicious and addictive. Being a buffet, you can keep eating until you're full and having the opportunity to cook everything yourself, you can get it as well cooked as you like.
The staff were EXTREMELY nice and because it wasn't that busy, they even had time to stop by and check on how we were going. We had a bit of a chat with the owner and she was extremely nice and funny even though her english wasn't too good.
