Service is terrible, it took over an hour to get any food, and the mains arrived before the starters. There is clearly no system in operation for service, with no one in charge. The value is poor for what it is, average food in a crowded restaurant.

Food - very average. I had spaghetti and meatballs and they were dry little nuggets. All the meals were served on cold plates so the food was barely warm after 5 minutes.

Service - you had to wave frantically to get anyone to notice you. No parmesan cheese provided with the meals, I have to get out of my chair and go ask for it. There was timely service of the meals so you didn't have to wait long, and they were good size meals, just disappointingly average, used to go there when it was Scoozi and loved the food.

Food: Good Pizza and Calzone, the dough is not greasy, but nothing to be excited about. quality pasta used for kids dishes.

Ambience: I liked the open kitchen setup across the whole floor; the italian theme worked well. the toilet is in the shopping centre however and the place is getting a bit old.

Service: Dynamic waitress with an eye for customer service... she should have cross checked the Calzone though when we enquired because I could swear there was no chicken in it!

Value: top value, $20 for a traitional family pizza 15 inch is unbeatable; we brought back more than 1/2 a Pizza back and paid under $50 for 4 people.

Very good pizza and quick turn-around but I saw the kitchen staff blow his nose and then continue to prepare food stuff!

Good food, value for money, friendly atmosphere. The only negative I'd say would be they could add more vegetables to their main meals. The pizzas are great though, very tasty. And staff are very knowledgeable regarding gluten free - a safe and tasty place to eat for coeliacs! Thank you Cantucci's.

My family often gets takeaway from Cantucci's/ The guys know us by name, the pizzas are delicious and are good value. Dining in is a different story altogether. The staff are friendly but don't know what they're doing, and they don't have a proper chef so the meals are not up to scratch. Perfect place for a yummy pizza but not somewhere I'd go for a relaxing restaurant meal.

We haven't dined in, although this is our local pizza joint. The pasta is so tasty, the pizzas never arrive soggy. Thumbs up from me.

Great value, but food is average and service terrible. Went there a few weeks ago with a group of friends. Our food took nearly an hour, though the place was nearly empty, and when it arrived it wasn't anything special. Though to their credit, we did receive free pasta because of the delay. The tiramisu was lovely though, and a good place for a cheap feed. I would go back, but expecting poor service, and a cheap meal, not a great one.

Where has the wood fired oven gone? The previous Scoozi operation produced high quality pizzas for a reasonable price - not so now with Cantucci. Our recent dinner experience was mediocre and left us feeling 'overoiled'- not a comfortable sensation. Service was adequate although we waited forever to be served drinks and ended up serving ourselves. Be wary of the pizza tray size - the large is generally for two people and had they advised us of this in advance, we may not have over-ordered. Definitely not the Scoozi of old.

We went as a group with children and they truly are a family restaurant serving better and healthier food than the golden arches. The wait staff are young and try hard but they are most not properly trained and doing this part time. The owners are the chefs I guess. But it was great value, the food excellent, the place clean and all the staff v friendly! I would happily go again.
