We always enjoy the food which is as appealing to my western background, as it is for my asian friends. Service is the fastest I've ever experienced yet the food is not compromised in any way. Decor is pretty tasteless but you don’t go there for the visuals. Staff are very efficient but never engaging. Value is always quite good though we are starting to find some strong alternatives for value.

We love this place. The food is always great and authentic, not like other suburb Chinese restaurants. The prices are very reasonable. The staff are friendly even to us white people. T

A poor cousin of other Hurstville Chinese restaurants. Canton Noodle House do have relatively good soups but the other food is just average. Prices are standard for Hurstville. As said in the other comments the place is packed, but I think that the 5-10 minutes turnaround for food is unrealistic, takes at least 20 minutes everytime. The ambience really lets it down (very noisy, ineffective aircon, dirtier settings) and I have contracted the odd bug from eating there sometimes.

I've been to this restaurant a few times and I have to say the food is great, even in peak times the orders come out within 5-10 minutes. Service and value is good, mains are around $13 depending on what you order.

This restaurant was one of my biggest disappointments. I always went there. But one day I saw a cockroach near the cutlery obviously there was hardly any hygiene. I haven't been there ever since.

We have been religiously going to this restaurant for 12 years now. We travel from Sutherland to eat there! We have a bet every time for how quick the food will come out - usually within 5 minutes! The food is SUPERB and we now have our staples, we have every time we go, water spinach with garlic sauce, salt and pepper squid, beef tendon.
Most authentic and delicious chinese food EVER.

Good value food that is nice depending on knowing what to order! the specials that are on the wall are usually the best, if you need to, get the waiters to translate the chinese for you. The dumpling soup is always good. Look out for the afternoon special too - snacks plus a milk tea at a unbeatable price!

Excellent food and service starting with free pot of tea. Great dumpling soup. Ask for the long deep fried bread. Shantung pork chops delicious as are the many other dishes. Friendly and fast staff who provide tooth picks at conclusion of meal.

Been to the restaurant for dinner tonight. I like the wonton noodle soup. The congee and the fried bread stick they are really nice when they are eaten together. Also the steamed the steamed oysters with ginger and shallot is very tasty. yum yum!
