Should have completed a review a long time ago. I've been coming here off and on for the last 12 years I think. The prices are good for what you get, though the portion size seem to have shrunk in order to keep the price the same. The beer battered chips are excellent, 95% of the time my steak is cooked as requested.

It puzzles me how so called Top notch restaurants continually get it wrong. The meat if of med to top quality, they must have a really good source, I can't imagine the cook being the same for the last 12 years. Its obvious they're doing well, having tripled their dinner area recently. I guess its not such a big secret any more.

Service could be better, small kitchen is to blame, hopefully with their expansion and additional kitchen they can cater for their increased clientele. Also you have to try the ribs, amazing (don't have it for lunch).

I love this place, purely because of their steaks and mushroom sauce. I have it every couple of weeks and it's always good. Service isn't great, though I don't expect it to be as it is just a bistro but I do recommend this place for their steaks.

I come here often with friends, family or with my partner. Delicious foods, pretty good for and average bistro. You have options of a main for example steak, chicken, pasta, ribs, lamb wtc. and have a choice of chips, mash, salad, or steamed veggies. I usually eat grilled chicken and steamed veggies for a healthy choice just for $12, or steak with chips when I'm super hungry for under $20. The chips and the mushroom sauce is absolutely delicious! They also do takeaway!

Only area to eat your food is pretty small and you have to wait a while for the food to arrive. Also it's right next to keno, poker machines and horse racing tv's so it could get a bit noisy and disturbing. But overall, food is really good here for a quick bite or just a casual dinner out!

Awesome pub food! One of the best schnitzel meals I've had at a pub. What an awesome find. The salad was fresh and crispy, the schnitzel was well cooked and tender (not that horrible dried tasteless chicken you can often get served at a pub), the chips were thick and crunchy! And the mushroom sauce... Oh my lordy! Yum yum! If you're in the area, I highly recommend to drop in! Or if you want to try some nice pub food make the trek. Oh and try their lemon, lime bitters... Superb, best I've had!

This place has your typical bistro foods i.e. steaks, pasta, salad, fish, chips, wedges, etc. On most occasions I come here with friends for a quick bite or if I have a craving for fast steak, service is great however, lately waiting times for food has been quite ridiculous, the other day we waited for about 35 minutes and were late to a movie we had tickets to. The food tastes great by standards of bistro food but in my opinion needs to come out faster. Ambience, well there's slot machines and keno going on so it gets rather loud at times. Straight to the point food, you get what you pay for.
