    My workplace thankfully buy all the birthday cakes from this Cake shop and we have never been disappointed, always impressed. All the cakes are Fantastic! I now have all my family buying cakes from this cake shop too.

    The reviews are spot on... this is the best cake shop in Sydney. I travelled from castle hill to get a pavlova and ended up taking four cakes plus the pav. Had to queue even at 9:30 am on a Saturday. Wish they would accept credit card payments for big orders over the phone, though - it's a long drive from our place just to pay a deposit. And they need a branch in the northwest, please!

    Great cakes, their continental profiterole cake is divine! really great value all of them, no wonder why there's always a line!

    Best cakes in town and their prices are so good! My favorite is the pavlova. Very hard to beat!

    My manager bought a cake in for my birthday from The Cake Merchant. It was a caramel cake and you could smell it all through the office, it was probably the most delicious cake I have ever eaten. I took the remainder home and the family were fighting over it. Amazing.

    Best value for money cake store. Cakes are delicious, our favourite being the swedish chocolate cake. Am heading down there later this week to order a birthday cake for my dad. Only cake store which I have witnessed to have a huge queue out the front door the day before xmas.

    Beautiful, delicious, and unbelievably affordable. I drive for 40 minutes to get our birthday cakes here! So much better than cake specialist chain stores.
