A very average breakfast. Over cooked dry omellette and the chorizo roll was a silexed sandwich you would find in a takeaway shop. The food looked nothing like their website. Coffee was not good at all. Tasteless and frothy. Great spot to sit though, view and atmosphere great. I wonder what lunch is like. Will give them another go.
We live an hour's drive from the cafe and it was worth every valuable cent spent on petrol to get there. Service would have to be one of Sydney's best and the bill was surprisingly less than what we were expecting. Food was exceptional & we are still referring to the how good the muffins were. Cheers!
We went for breakfast today. A perfect start to Sunday, very friendly and attentive service. The best coffee I have had in Sydney for ages. I was spoilt for breakfast choices (I'm one of those sweet tooths at breakfast time). The French toast was divine and creative. My husband and I shared a muffin, again one of the best I have had in Sydney. My husband enjoyed his potato rosti and egg too. Will definitely be back again.
We have taken friends from interstate and overseas and each time has been delighted with Cafe Morso. Excellent service and fish and chips on the waterside is just the best. Excellent value as well.
I stumbled across Cafe Morso with my parents, and what a find! The food was excellent, however, deciding what to eat was the hard part. The service was great and the outlook is lovely. Will definitely return soon.
The food is delicious! We go there usually for b/fast and sometimes for lunch and every time great experience. Their fish and chips is crispy and full of flavour, gnocchi is one of the best I tried, even better than most Italian restaurants I tried so far.
We ordered the poached egg on potato rosti with tasty salad and the bacon and egg sandwich with fresh tomato pesto. Fantastic! Fresh OJ and great coffee. Pefect hangover cure. All day breakfast. Great value for top quality food prepared with care.
Great ambience on Jones Bay wharf. Great service. Highly recommended.
Last thurs morning I was a first timer to this quite off street, licenced waterside cafe. Given the location and high quality meal enjoyed by me & partner, it was great... Coffee was greatest I've ever had in Sydney. Congrats to all the staff.
First timer to Cafe Morso - lunch with a group of nine on a sunny Sunday... fantastic location with great outlook. Quality menu with varied choices and all day breakfast! Unfortunately the service was slow and not attentive at all but I would go back anyway.
