Do not go to this cafe! Like the review entry below, I only went there because I had the entertainment book voucher. The waitress who served us had severe attitude problem, I am glad she did not spit in our food (or hope she did not). The spaghetti bolognese I ordered was like eating long rubber, the sauce was cold and blend. Warning again! Do not go there!

Don't go there. It's little more than a food court kind of place. We only went because we had an Entertainment Book voucher and it was on the way. But it turned out that they didn't accept the voucher despite the fact it's listed in the new 2006 Entertainment Book. Very poor value for money and service was horrible. We almost starved to death waiting for a breakfast. It took more than an hour to arrive and it wasn't even that busy. I could've cooked it myself in that time.

Was surprised to find recently on the second visit to B&C Cafe many changes had been made. Menu now has some substance and variety, service has notably improved and value for money was still quite good.

Great view, with competitive prices. But you get the sense of a shopping centre feel, where everyone walks by and looks at what you're eating and drinking. Alternatively, you can sit outside, but it can get very very windy out there!
