We visited for dinner - the food was delicious (we ordered the bangers and mash and the chicken schnitzel). Good sized servings. Relaxed cafe atmosphere.

Visited cafe Zuppa on the Oct long weekend. Staff were attentive and polite, food delicious with a great vegetarian range. Child friendly with activities to keep them occupied, definitely recommended and will be back.

I have to agree they do a great hot chocolate. My wife's steak was cooked to a perfect medium. While my bangers and mash was very tasty as well. Maybe a bit over priced but no complains with the food or service. Although they don't have eftpos.

They have the best hot chocolate, the food is a little over priced. I once ordered a pie but something strange and avant garde came out, this mince in a bowl with a triangle pastry on the side. Weird. Maybe for the Alternative.

Just had a lovely dinner there. The kangaroo loin was delicious as was my girlfriends lamb chops. Really chilled out place, and having had a look round we will probably be eating there tomorrow too. Oh, and very pleasant and friendly service. Thoroughly recommended.

Food was terrible and service even worse. We ordered a scotch fillet with the worst mushroom sauce I've ever seen! The gravy had me dry-reaching because it was lumpy and flavourless. Chips were under-cooked. I had the 'polenta-stack' which was kind of tasty but still poor. Both meals were served on salad....why serve hot food on salad?!

We also ordered drinks which weren't received and they still tried to charge us for them! Give this place a wide-berth next time you're in Katoomba.

Seriously? Why do people give this place such wonderful reviews? The food was what you'd order at a bar and not a nice one either. Nothing to fault the service on, they were friendly and did their job well. The place looks ugly, but that's pretty much what most the shops look like down that main road, ordinary setting.

I ordered beer battered flathead, okay, I admit, my mistake, you don't order fish in the blue mountains. It wasn't nasty or anything, just ordinary with fries. $16 I think it was. My friend ordered a chicken burger, ordinary again. I think that was $14. It is an ordinary place and I wonder why Katoomba restaurants won't invest a bit of their profit back into their restaurants for nicer seating and better meals.

Best priced food in Katoomba! Great food, try the all day breakfast. Music was a little loud, but thankfully it was music we liked. A good meal and a great price, couldn't ask for anything more!

I can not believe that this place is not always full. The Benedict is to die for, the best hollandaise. Coffee is great and service is always friendly. I will be returning over and over.

Two of us enjoyed a fabulous meal here with great friendly service. When we walked in I was a little put off by the decor, but the food and service really made up for it. Vegetables were really nicely cooked in my polenta stack, and not too much oil, a commonly failing in roast vegetables. For dessert, the apple-berry crumble was, perhaps, the best I've ever eaten, I ordered a second one!
