I've been here for breakfast and lunch a fee times. The food is always consistent and great. I'm a big fan of the lentil soup and recommend it constantly.

The chicken salad, haloumi salad, chicken lome mayo baguette and truffle oil risotto are also well worth a try. Wait staff are a little bit sloppy and disinterested, but the food makes up for it. It has a very city cafe feel to the place which is fun. A+

I come here for breakfast when I am in the area. The food is great, tried most things on menu and never disappointed. The staff always seem to be in a hurry - they throw the menus down and run away. If you ask for something when they are walking past you are made to feel awkward.

I have eaten here on a few occasions and find the food "hit and miss", the last time being a big "miss", having ordered what was described as a "Vegetable Garden Salad", topped with Avocado and a Vinegarete dressing, what arrived was a very small and "tired" looking garden salad, with wilted lettuce, soft/ squashy tomatoes, soggy mushrooms, "stale" cucumber, a few pieces of capsicum and 3 green beans, the avocado and a salad dressing with no flavour that must have been sprinkled on from the roof, at almost $14 or $15, a very expensive unpleasant meal.

Having dared to complain before and being made to feel as tho it was my fault the meal was the wrong one, it wasn't worth the effort this time. My partner and I won't be eating her again, and certainly would not recommend it to friends.

I really like this place. The menu offers more variety than your average cafe and the value is very good. Having eaten there many times, it's very consistent and as an added bonus it has a concise but well-chosen wine list, which is very well-priced. Try the Northern Greek inspired stew or the beef burger.

I think it's pretty over priced for what it is, honestly. Especially the breakfasts which consist of eggs plus an extra few dollars for every other item you want. The food is decent but not really worth paying that much more for. The chicken special (parmesan crusted, I think?) I had for lunch recently was an absolute mistake. Overcooked but still cold? Huh?

The staff are very hit and miss. Some of them are lovely and others clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed and like to take it out on the customers.

Had a great breakfast here on the weekend. Great service and ambience. The pork and fennel sausages I had with my eggs and toast were incredible.

One of my favourite cafes in Sydney, there is an elegance to Cafe Zoe that reminds me of Melbourne. It's spacious, comfortable, not too noisy and the food has flair without fuss. Great service and value for money too.

Stopped by on a busy lunch last week and my friend and I ordered the Greek steak and potato stew... an ideal meal for a cold winter's day. The service was attentive and friendly. The food is always of a consistently high standard. 14/20 and well worth a visit as witnessed by the roaring trade that this well established business does.

Came for lunch here today (on a Thurs afternoon) and it was great. The fact that it was crowded on a weekday despite its residential location speaks for itself.

I had the steak sandwich which was yummy - steak was tender and with caramelised onions was "put your thumb and index finger together and bring forth to lips" and on a toasted but soft baguette unlike some cafes which have theirs rock hard! Had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc there too which completed a perfect weekday lunch chatting with my mate while the sun streamed in through the large windows.
