Cafe Omelette do fantastic breakfasts. The menu features a large array of eat-in or takeaway early-morning options (including a killer eggs benedict and a wide variety of specialty Omelettes and healthier options).
As well as serving breakfast all day, Cafe Omelette has a great range of fresh made sandwiches, salads, baked potatoes, risotto and sells award winning Bun Coffee Organic Espresso.

This place has awesome value breakfasts that are incredibly tasty. Their poached eggs are divine, as are the corn fritters. Everyone I've taken here has loved it.

Omelette does easily the best winter soups in town. Most cafes offer watery, tasteless broths, but not Omelette,m every soup is tasty, hearty, and most importantly, filling! Look out for the chicken and mushroom, country vegetable and barley and roasted capsicum and tomato and chorizo sausage. They also do great coffee, organic, all the way from Byron. Well worth a visit.

The food here is great, and the coffee is good too. A must-visit for anyone who likes all-day breakfast, or just likes eggs (although they do way more than just eggs!). A cosy cafe close to central station.

Omelette Cafe is a small cosy cafe that has fresh and yummy food no matter what time you dine. It's one of the only places that do a rice milk coffee in Surry Hills and their freshly squeezed juices are the cheapest around. They have heaps of great on the go bites for breaky. Try the breakfast tortilla.

This cafe was a very pleasant surprise. The food is excellent, and as you'd expect, the omelettes are sublime. Great coffee too. Service was friendly, and once inside you very quickly forget about the world outside. The menu will definitely keep me coming back, especially at such reasonable prices.

Went for lunch, quite popular. Took us a bit of a wrangling to get a table. A diamond in a rough sort of cafe. Has a lot of tantalising items on the menu. Wanted to try the beef lasagne, but ended up with omelette (might as well, since they put their name/reputation upon it!).
The food was great, salad was really fresh and omelette really tasty. Saw 2 others having the beef lasagne, looked really good. Servers and waitress were really friendly.

Good choice for breakfast or quick mid week lunch. Best coffee in that block. I've eaten there many times and the food is always fresh. They have a couple of gluten free sweet breads. Small place with friendly staff.

Tasty, consistent food, great coffee, funky decor and great service. No matter what I have here (quite a variety over the last 4 years!) it's always fresh, delicious and affordable. Recent menu updates are very good, the fresh to order pastas are particularly tasty just now, in the cooler weather.
