I asked for a large take away flat white and friendly said in the conversation that I ordered this way because I didn't like amount of froth that comes with cappuccinos. They acted as though they knew what I was meaning but then sort to give me a coffee that was about 2 cm from the top of the cup and more than half of it was froth. The price was $3.50 which I am happy to pay but because he gave me half a cup with froth does that mean I only pay $1.75. That's what I felt like saying. Pity they don't have any competition on Sunday.

Great meal. Pity about Aarons accommodation. Ok priced for what we got. Real nice coffee. Great service and quick delivery.

Nice little cafe. I had fish and chips and my friend had chicken parmesan and chips. No complaints. Also has a nice selection of salads and pastas.

Extremely rude service people. The owner has a tendency to hire travellers who have heavily accented English. I had one yell at me in the restaurant when I told her to cancel my salad after a 1 hour wait. I ended up having to pay for the salad but my appetite was completely ruined. If the service has not turned me off for good, the price increase with the new menu has deterred me from returning to this place.

The food used to be good value for lunch breaks but the increased prices is not justified for the food the new chef is serving up. A guaranteed disappointed experience and if you go for lunch, be prepared to wait for at least 45 minutes.

Just had lunch (paid for by someone else) here.

Food: I had a chicken burger which was well done for what it was. People in the group seemed pleased with what they had - especially the veal cutlet. Cakes were the typical bought in type but the cheesecake was nice and it was a generous serves (as were all the dishes). The garlic bread could use a slightly less raw garlic taste.

Ambience: It was a windy day so there were no smokers immediately outside the door to have to walk through which was a bonus. It was a little loud, echoy inside which made it hard to hear people beyond the seat next to you. I think there was music as well.

Service: Good. Although we were a large group it was not hard to find a waiter when we needed one. In fact I've not been to many cafes where a large group was handled so well. We had ordered mains some days before, so that probably helped (about 15 people). But they coped with our erratic coffee and dessert ordering rather well.

Value: I didn't see the prices so I have no idea so I'm guessing a 7 for that as the servings were generous.
