Great food and coffee, make sure you try the scrambled eggs, mushroom and blood sausage. Good little spot away from the main drag of Balmain.

Jen and her team took such good care of my group of girlfriends as we celebrated my friend's baby shower! The food was fast, fresh and delicious and the coffee was great too! They didn't rush us out the door, and we had a wonderful morning celebrating together. (Funky fit-out too!) Thanks Jen and team, I'll definitely be back!

This can lay claim to being Balmain's best BYO restaurant. We have sampled its dinner menu on 3 occasions and if anything its outstanding quality continues to improve. It is definitely worth very high quality wine. For those who like duck confit, do bring your best Pinot Noir. The word is not yet out about this restaurant but expect this to be a very sought after dining spot in the evening.

Very highly recommended for the peerless quality of its food and the excellent service

I was driving along on Darling St and found this nice looking Cafe. Nice atmosphere, nice coffee (very important) and very yummy food. I would defnitely recommend 'Fritters' to anyone! This is the place where you can go and relax in the afternoon with your friends.

Our family go there most days of the week. Specials are changing each week, food is actually really good with many restaurant quality (better than many restaurants). Even the cakes/muffins/madelines are made there.

Very good coffee. Bonsoy for soy drinkers.

Nice music, not too loud, nice atmosphere to relax. In the quieter section of Darling Street between Rozelle and Balmain. Would stay the day if I could. Have stayed breakfast and lunch some days.

Can get a bit noisy on Sundays when it is really busy/full but no worse than other busy cafes.
