I must agree with most people with their reviews. The senior staff is rude. We felt being there was a hassle, this place has potential, if they knew how to be personable and give friendly local service. Its a shame as its so easy to be nice to guests!

There is a limited menu of wraps/crepes here which is okay for what it is, and the coffee is amongst the better places in Cronulla, however, the manners of the staff leave much to be desired.

They are very rigid with rules about where you can sit, and are unwilling to make small minor changes to menu items (e.g. leave out onions in one of the wraps), presenting us with "take it or leave it" attitude.

There are far better places around here to eat and be served.

There is only one word to describe this barista, Rude! There are plenty of other places to choose from in Cronulla where they actually like people, would defnitely Not recommend this place.

My husband and I thought we were onto a good thing as their banana bread is really delicious but we treated in the most appalling way, it was absolutely disgraceful. Take our advice, don't go there!

My partner and I have been going to this café for years. The Campos coffee is always fantastic, one of the best in Cronulla, and the food is really good. A lot of attention to detail has gone into the décor and is just over the road from the beach, which means if you don’t like being indoors you can take it over the road! Yes the barista can be like a bear with a soar tooth at times but that’s all part of the fun!

I am a local, who was enjoying a pleasant afternoon at the Buzz but was rudely asked to leave because I had been there for a few hours. As there were plenty of open tables and seating, I was unaware that my presence writing a paper (I am a postgraduate student, and yes I had ordered food and drinks) was causing a problem in the cafe.

I have met this staff and chatted with him before and as he is a good friend of a close family friend and I wanted to support the business, however, I was rather unimpressed and taken aback by his conduct. The place isn't that great to get away with Soup-nazi tactics, think the staff needs to be reminded that is a TV character, fiction my friend.

The food and coffee are fine, however, staff can get very argumentative. Doesn't particularly worry me but wife doesn't like it, hence, we don't go there any more.

Great coffee and food at uber cool prices! Ok, so Allan rules the roost, but us locals like that! Kinda like the "soup nazi" but friendlier...haha. When you get to know him he is an amazing guy with stories from around the world, and experiences to match! I truly love this place, and its proximity to the beach is just perfect. I also love the locals who call in and banter with Allan..makes it excellent. For those with prams, well, it ain't the biggest shop around, you may want to consider that before you shove your triple wheeler with accessories in there.

Lovely spot for a great coffee and to read a mag. Fantastic decor. Does not get sun though so its perfect on a cloudy/rainy day.

With the number of cafes to choose from in Cronulla, I would not go here again. The decor is nice and my latte was fine enough but my friend's drink was not as ordered and the lack of accommodation for a diner's request was ridiculous! With so much competition on your doorstep, you think that you would try to make a customer happy once you get them in the door.

If you have children, do not bother. No they will not do a babychino (even if you are happy to pay for it), no they won't do a small milkshake, not even a glass of milk. Oh, and watch out for the unfriendly barista.

Ok so the coffee is fine, but the service here (from I presume the senior staff) was beyond disgraceful. Try rude and arrogant. We were obviously a hassle to him. There are many other cafes to choose from and will not be going back.
