My family went there last night on a friday night for the first time and we were impressed with the range of food available. Great range of seafood, chinese, pasta, carvery, salads, fried foods, desserts etc. Great value for money since it cost us around $45 for 2 adults with refillable soft drinks. We have a 2 year old and a 1 year old so they were free. We're used to paying double for the amount of food we had at dinner so it was nice to come home full. Since we live in the area we might end up going every week.

Alright Alright. Now there's alot of people bragging on about what this place does and doesn't. Lets talk about price. In 1999 - 2010. Huge increase 12.00 - 25.00 for dinner or so. Fine. Lets talk about food. They have wontons, nice broth good filling.
Then we get to the carvery section. Fresh grilled chicken which is great!, beef pork, shish kebabs, prawn skewers.
Now there is a lot of dishes here so when they cook it in front of you, you gotta grab the fresh ones. They have the see through groll, so you know what you're eating and how its is prepared.
The fish/hoki mixed with sour cream is great. Calamari is the house with fresh prawns with herbs. Come on people. If you pay for one of these dishes elsewhere you'd be paying $120.00 for you and your girlfriend. Or your girlfriends. $25.00 bucks ain't bad.
So the hood is giving alot back with this RSL buffet. Represent your town. West burbs!

Very average food at above average prices. Not as good as the buffet at Blacktown RSL or the excellent one at Seven Hills-Toongabbie RSL.

The food is dependant on what you get, the thai chicken though oily was good and so was the tandoori chicken. The pumpkin had no taste. The soft drink is not watered down at least and there is a good choice of food from chinese, fried foods, desserts, prawns, mussels. Ambience is limited, its a workers club after all.
Service, nil issues here, did wait for someone to serve me but they did explain how the buffet works and it costs a little more for unlimited soft drink. Value, lunch time its $13.50 for non members and $2.80 for unlimited soft drinks, nowadays some places have lunch specials cost around or more than this. With the choices available this is good value.

I have been to a few teen birthday parties here and it was quite good! The food is certainly not the fanciest, but it is delicious. Different nationalities of food are included here which makes the meal interesting and filling.
The atmosphere of the room is not the most desirable for me, because while slightly dim is very nice, the buffet's too-dark lighting made it a bit dull. There is hardly any service, obviously as it is a buffet, but not much is required as everything is provided and prepared.
Value is great! Every time I eat there I get as much as I can (that I can finish) and I get full with only 15 bucks spent. This includes all drinks and desserts, everything! Again, the food is great, so is the value, but not the fanciest place to eat.

Not bad but not great either. Nice roasts but Chinese leaves alot to be desired. Would return but not regularly but hey you get what you pay for.

Great value for a cheap night out. You shouldn't expect 5 star value because you're not paying for it. Queue was long but at least you know with a busy place then the food turnover will be high, so you won't be eating week old food. Handy tip, bring some "wet wipes" or "pocket detol" because with so many people touching those serving utensil, you don't want to lick your fingers.

A Tuesday evening visit which took 30 minutes drive on the M7 was quite worthwhile. It is quite hard to find a Buffet that charges $14.90 for non-members these days. We got there at around 6.15 pm and there was no queue to get in whatsoever and there were plenty of tables for us to choose.
However, the food was leaning towards 'average' when I tasted the piece of beef in the curry which was very tough and did not match the aromatic essence of the curry paste. I moved onto the pan-fried fish fillet but it was quite cold. I quite enjoyed the Bread Pudding from the Dessert Bar as it was warm and smooth. Other than that, I would rate it as overall 'average' Buffet but not such a bad choice for big families as it's quite light on the pocket.

Shocking. 'nuff said. Ok, I'll elaborate. Food was nasty and almost cold. One dish in particular, labelled and pointed out to me as beef stirfry, infact had no beef in it whatsoever, was instead full of extenda-crab, and was more of a lumpy gravy than a stirfry. Desserts were congealed and looked like they had been there for days.
Staff were rude, spoke almost no english and were incredibly ignorant.
Very bad value for money as much of the food was inedible. As a member of the club, very very disappointed, considering the old buffet was actually quite good.

Rude service no time for you the paying customer, and, always a long line up, waiting to get in!? The food is good though. So if you don't want good service, but, good food, this will suit you.
