Fantastic! Was pleasantly surprised by the food here - absolutely delicious. Takeaways are no longer the old gravy and onion combination we are sadly used to but here they are brimming with a wide array of mango tout, mini sweetcorn, water chestnuts and more. The seafood is cooked to perfection and the sauces morish! Yum Cha is an event in itself, not disappointing with its variety and flavour. The decor hasn't changed in 30 years but the food has certainly been updated. A great recommendation.

Good bye Golden Singapura, Hello Brookvale Chinese, yum cha has improved out of site so many more different dishes to choose from, all excellent and value for money along with their great service. No need to go to Chinatown or Chatswood anymore just drop into Brooky Chinese and say hello to John and his friendly staff, by the way try the Ala Carte meals in the evening again they are also excellent.

This is the new chinese restaurant which used to be Golden Singapura in Brookvale. I just had yum cha here yesterday and the food quality is magnificent. Equal to Fook Yuen in Chatswood and Marigold in Chinatown.

Also saw a few other chinese at other tables which is always a good sign. The new management have done a fantastic job turning the food around from what was a dismal restaurant, will certainly be going back here and taking my mother who is fussy about yum cha at the best of times.
