I was quite relieved to read the other review as I feel exactly the same about this salon and wondered if it was only me they were rude to! I also signed up for a laser deal and each time I go I get treated like a scumbag (the first time I was accused quite venomously of wearing fake tan when I had told her twice already I had not).

I don't think this salon understand or have ever given the time to think about how these deals could generate more custom for them if they provided a good, friendly service.

I have never posted a review and am not one to complain but this place really made me feel v uncomfortable and I left with bad vibes on all three visits, go somewhere else if you can!

Don't waste your time or money. I was given a voucher for laser hair removal as a gift. From my very first phone call to my very last visit (over a period of 5 months) I have been nothing but disappointed. They are rude, unobliging, not helpful or flexible and not at all thorough with their treatments.

Each time I have left the salon, I felt angry and like I have made a long trip for nothing. They are Very hit and miss with the laser, only covering a small portion of the area they claim they are doing. I feel they are dishonest and lazy. I would definitely Not recommend this business to anyone unless you want to feel ripped off.
