This restaurant is beautiful in a great setting. Food is great, beautifully presented and consistent. Only issue is that the last couple of times I have been there it looked like it needed a good clean as floors were dirty and bathroom walls/floors not much better. Pity they have not kept the high standard in all areas.

We went for a girls' day out. The food was delicious and inventive. Fortunately we were in no hurry, as the staff weren't either. A beautiful setting, though the restaurant was a bit hard to find if you relied on signage in the park. Would go again just because of the food.

I booked 2 months in advance for a wedding party brunch. This is a beautiful little restaurant nestled in the middle of the botanical gardens and the food I have had there in the past has been good. At the time of the booking, they were running a brunch special and I confirmed that we could have this for our party.

We arrived half an hour late to the venue and the senior staff made a big fuss about the time (god knows why, the restaurant was pretty much empty) and 5 minutes later said that we could take a seat but had to leave within the hour. She then proceeded to repeat to me that the brunch special was only available in October despite me telling her that I specifically booked their restaurant due to this special and that I had confirmed they could do this special for us.

I have never in a Sydney restaurant been treated so rudely. Most restaurants try to accommodate patrons and their needs even if they are a little late but being aggressive and behaving as if I didn't know what I was talking about is a little ridiculous, especially since a large party like ours would bring in a fair amount of revenue.

Anyway, the rest of their staff was absolutely lovely and the food is quite good for the price. I'll just think twice before organising anything there again.

Came here for lunch on a very sunny sunday. This place is picture perfect. We had duck and venison terrine for entree, roast pork and roast beef. Food was tasty and nicely presented. However service was quite slow.

Wow ..loved this place. For something special in the middle of the day it is just perfect. The food was great. The only exception was the pumpkin dip. (just like cold pumpkin soup). The service was great. Highly recommended.

Visited this restaurant on a beautiful sunny winter day and it did not disappoint. All of our group of six had wonderful meals which far exceeded our expectations. Service was also friendly and helpful. A hidden gem.

Had lunch here on a rainy day before visiting the art gallery. Was cozy looking out on the gardens with the rain falling. Food was only average. Ordered asparagus risotto with a poached egg, hoping the egg would drizzle down into a lovely asparagus-filled risotto. Alas, egg was fully cooked, more like hard-boiled, and asparagus pieces far and few between. More like a plate of plain (as in totally without flavor) risotto. Husband's fish n chips were fine though. Service friendly.

We had a great lunch here just before Christmas as a party of four. The staff were very professional and their service was excellent. The setting is very relaxed surrounded by fabulous trees in the gardens. We enjoyed our meals, well presented and delicious. A wonderful venue and enjoyable experience.

This restaurant is a hidden secret in the Botanic Gardens. I didn't even know it was there! The food was 'lick the plate' worthy (although, didn't!) and the service was excellent. Our waitress/hostess was so lovely and friendly. Highly recommend taking the time to find this one! Its very reasonably priced too.

This was a wonderful experience. The food was cooked to perfection and the staff were attentive and professional. The best dining experience I've had in a long time and a beautiful setting.
