Truly a splendid experience today at Bogota coffee. Simply an honest family business with some old fashioned service and some excellent coffees. Both me and my partner ordered the Java in latte form and both were very well rated I would even use the word excellent again.

Seeing all the good reviews below, I decided to drop in when driving by this place recently. Apart from the beaming smile from one lady behind the counter, I really can't say much more. The place has no ambience, the coffee tasted like dirty dishwater and they really had nothing to offer other than basic sandwiches. How this can be rated so highly on eatability is beyond me.

Ever had the day when Qantas goes on strike and you are stuck at the airport coz all the other airlines are booked senseless! After being told that my earliest flight to Adelaide is at 5:45 pm (original at 8:30 am) I went to the closest town for some shopping and I found Bogota cafe and it made my pretty bad day get better. Excellent coffee and the friendliest service. The people from Virgin blue can learn something from these girls. Anyway back to the airport and still on stand by albeit with a great cup of coffee in my hand.

By the way, we were in a café yesterday, Bogota, in Mascot with some overseas family. We ordered wraps and received dark bread, and toasted, with the contents we did order. She apologised, which we accepted and the food was delicious, even if it was in the wrong wrapping. Anyways, whilst we were finishing our coffees (biggest muggachinos I've ever had) she delivered a big slice of cake, cut in pieces, to make up for her mistake earlier on. Totally unexpected, and a very pleasant experience. Now they deserve an award, for the best customer service experience.

I was so shocked to go here. I looked up under best cafes and this was number one? it was just a typical old school strip shop cafe with no vibe or feeling to mention but thought to see what the fuss was about. My food was best described as central coast shopping centre food, it was ok but I don't think sunblest white bread toast is a good start and really I can not fault it for a typical burger joint but to be voted number one? Sorry guys but to travel across Sydney and get a breakfast that my 15 yr old could easily have served me for free was very disappointing.

Service was the only thing that could be rated, lots of smiles but the food? I'm so sorry but to bring people based on a rating this was the worst I have ever had.

How refreshing! I didn’t expect a lot when I saw the outside of Bogota, crammed between other faded shops on the main stretch of Botany Road in Mascot, however, the high recommendations from Eatability kept my mind open and my curiosity piqued. Wow! The coffee was every bit as wonderful as the other reviewers have suggested and the food was very fresh and very tasty, again, as suggested.

However, the highlight would have to be the wonderful, unrushed service. These ladies know exactly how to make everyone feel welcome. Bogota has me imagining long Saturday brunches sipping numerous beautiful coffees with my girlfriends… I will be back this coming weekend!

Bogota is certainly Mascots first, best and most recongnised cafe. The coffee is world famous, the service is terrific and warm, the ambience typical of a Euro cafe and the decor the most original in the area.

Best of all is the coffee as it represents terrific value for money for the product given. Roasted onsite by the family it is always fresh and deliciously yummy.
From Richard Branson to the late Kerry Packer Bogota has a deep tradition of famous faces that can be seen on any given day enjoying the great taste of their product.

Even a decaf drinker like myself can enjoy the perfect cup day in day out. The food selection isn't big during the weekdays but on the Saturday it certainly is.
Service is really really good and genuine in warmth and respect and the waiting times are minimal regardless of how many people are there at the time. If I had to pick a place in Mascot to recommend to everyone Bogata Coffe would be my first pick in every way.

Family run business with high emphasis on tradition and quality. All in all the very best of Mascot.

Nice coffee and food is pretty good too. Staff were very welcoming, although this cafe is a bit out of my way, I will be sure to make a trip over there from time to time.
