Only had a pizza delivery. Never been to the shop and won't be. So I have given them a 5 rating for the ambience. Service I gave a 7 as the Pizza was warm when it was delivered and didn't take too long! Fair enough it was 1.30 am when we ordered but the pizza was awful! and we were drunk! Will never ask Bogarts Pizza again. Might as well have some sloppy cardboard with some form of melted cheese on top!

I have only ever had the delivery so can't comment on the ambience but the pizza's are reasonable quality for the kind of thing they are, ie they aren't sloppy, they taste good. They're not 'italian' pizzas (2 or 3 toppings) but for aussie pizza's, not bad at all. Delivery's have been on time, pizza's warm. No complaints. We've been in the area for about 8 weeks and don't feel the need to try any other delivery.

The Laterno pizza is amazing! Usually order from here, have only eaten in once but staff were lovely (decor not that great). I've never had the problems speck has with delivery, have been ordering from here for about 5 years.

Have ordered takeaway pizzas from Bogart's for approx 4 years and never had any problems. We were always very impressed with the quality of their food. Then approx 1 month ago my partner called to order 2 pizzas, I heard him order the 2 as he was sitting right next to me. When the pizzas turned up mine was incorrect and on top of that, was cold.
I rang and told them, the response was that he did order the "Bogarts special" I told the staff member that he did not, I also said that we were not ordering off a menu as we did not have one, we were ordering based on the fact we order the same 2 pizzas everytime with them, and I had never heard of a “Bogart’s special”. He again informed me that we ordered the pizza that was delivered.
It started to get quite heated, eventually I was told the correct pizza would be delivered. When it was delivered the driver opened up the box that I had, when he saw a piece missing he said he was instructed not to swap the pizzas if there was a piece missing. I rang the restaurant and asked for the owner/manager. I spoke with the supposed manager who said again that we had ordered the "Bogarts special", I told him that we had not and that I ate 1 piece as I had already taken a bite when I realised it was not what I had ordered. He rang the driver and requested he return with my pizza.
Recently we decided to give them another go. My partner rang and ordered pizzas, 2 hours later they were not delivered. That is bad bad service. Until we hear there has been a change of ownership we will not be calling Bogart's again.
